Situated on the end of an impressive Edwardian Parade, Bayview apartment is the ideal holiday accommodation with only a mere few second walk to either the beach, shops, various pubs and restaurants.
Stunning beach side location with breath taking panoramic view over bay.
Bayview has recently been sympathetically renovated whilst retaining much period charm but with a modern open plan feel. Traditional features such as period fire place (decoration only) and window seat over looking bay combined with large screen LCD HD TV / DVD and all mod cons including gas central heating.
Apartment is situated over one floor with no stairs making it ideal for toddlers or the elderly.
Apartment will happily accommodate 5 people (can accommodate 2 people via sofa bed if needed). Apartment comprised as follows:
1 x master suite bedroom with en suite (bedroom 1) (shower, WC & sink)
1 x single bedroom (bedroom 2) with wall hung LCD TV.
1 x bedroom with bunk bed.(bedroom 3) Top bunk for 8 yrs + only
1 x WC and sink.
1 x large entrance hall.
1 x large open plan lounge with kitchen / dining area.
(large lounge sofa converts to a small double bed, sleeping an additional 2 persons if needed)
Dedicated own parking space to front of apartment.
Linen/bedding/utilities supplied/included. (Except bath towels)

After exploring the country with our family, we decided to spend a week in a livelier place, leave our car behind and enjoy a “touristy” beach vacation.
Swanage offers just that - and the apartment proved to be a great base for swimming, shopping, pub life and other activities. There are of course plenty of opportunities to explore the Jurassic Coast, hiking etc. - but our kids preferred the beach; however, we did do a hike to Durlston Castle which was really nice!
As for the apartment, it's really close to the beach but not too noisy (sth that had us worried at first). Everything was comfortable, clean and well equipped (although a bigger pot and pan would have been useful in the kitchen).
The master bedroom is spacious and leads to the bathroom, which we liked. The children's bedrooms were rather small, but we spent most of our time outside anyway. We also had a large living room which was very cozy.
There is an exclusive parking lot in a narrow street right in front of the house, which could be a challenge if you arrive with a very large car (e.g. a van or SUV) ... for us (VW Passat) everything was fine. The host was also super friendly, gave us lots of recommendations for our stay and even helped us with some things we had forgotten in the apartment! THX - we had a great time!

We enjoyed our short stay very much , Warren was very helpful suggesting nice walks, restaurants in Swanage and the location was brilliant, any closer to sea and we’d have been in it. Will rebook.

The flat is in the perfect location. It is mostly comfortable, but we spent a week in early Spring, with excellent weather, but chilly in the evenings. so we played board games. The seating at the table is not overly comfortable for this, probably because we are both close to 80 years old. However, all this said, we spent another very happy holiday in the flat, and would thoroughly recommend it.

We have now stayed at this property several times, as the location is absolutely fantastic and is also dog-friendly! The apartment is right on the sea-front, at the Parade at Swanage, and has amazing views right across Swanage Bay. The apartment has a lovely window seat where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the bay. There is one parking bay in front of the property. Warren is very quick to reply with any queries and the apartment was really clean and tidy. The bathroom contains a small shower and is directly off the master double bedroom, however there is also another separate small toilet in the apartment. Swanage is our favourite seaside town and we absolutely love staying at this apartment, as it is so close to the beach, the harbour and all the local facilities. It is also close to the town with all the lovely souvenir shops and restaurants. We recommend a cocktail at Gee Whites roof top terrace at the harbour (it gets quite busy, however if you leave a contact number, they are happy to ring you when a table is available). They also sell a small selection of meals and aperitifs. We had a fantastic time in Swanage at this lovely apartment and thank you for another perfect holiday stay!

The property was in a fantastic location, literally seconds from the beach. Well equipped and spacious, couldn't fault anything. Warren the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will definitely book this property again.

This flat is in a stunning location and central for everything that we needed.
We couldn't park our car outside as the spaces are very limited and a Tesla had parked next door blocking our space. The flat has everything you need for a weeks holiday and was mainly clean unfortunately the windows were so dirty that we had trouble seeing out of it, probably a problem living a stones throw from the sea. We thought that the price was reasonable given the location.

We came with our son, grandchildren and 2 cockapoos. We all had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed racing around the sand and the children loved crabbing and rock pooling.
The apartment was well equipped and WiFi was reliable. We'll be back next year.

The flat sits in a Victorian terrace of 4-storey houses just yards from the sea. There is a large bay window to enjoy this proximity, and the views beyond. The weather was cold, as expected in February, but there were fabulous walks for us to take around the bay; the sandy beach that runs the entire length of the town, and we also enjoyed breathtaking views as we walked over the cliffs. All this "on the doorstep". Perfect for us and Millie the Cockerpoo.

Have stayed here a few times before and every stay the view just gets better and better. But unfortunately for us the property still seems to be let down by the cleanliness of the property and the mould in and around on the shower doors, which just needs a proper clean. Also the kitchen really does need some TLC with a cupboard door broken, chipped plates, bowls and mugs. Cupboards still full of previous peoples food. It’s just the small things that need to be updated which like I’ve said before 3 years ago is still the same. But overall a lovely relaxing stay.

This is a lovely flat in a good location. Beautiful views across the bay and so convenient for the shops etc. Also good for buses which we used with our freedom passes to Sandbanks and Bournemouth. The owner too very helpful.

This was a lovely place for a week away and the position was great and central for everything. Coffee and cake shop next door was a little too convenient (haha) but a cosy warm and well catered apartment.

Apartment couldn't be closer to the sea. Great to watch the waves as you eat your breakfast. Compact lounge and kitchen, but adequate even for 4 adults. Large master bedroom and lovely roomy hall to keep your shoes and coats. It's very bright and sunny too and we found it homely. Would recommend for a holiday right close to the sea.
