Top location, everything you need available, perfect communication with thé Host.

Good flat with everything you should need for a short stay, combination oven/microwave tooks some working out as we have never had one and no instructions in English available and translating took some time, other than that all fine.

Nice apartment
Jeg har lejet denne lejlighed to gang, og kan sagtens anbefale den til andre. Vi er en familie på to voksne og et barn på 10 år, og mange flere skal man ikke være. Køkkenet er meget lille, og ikke velegnet til at lave middag til flere personer, men heldigvis er der mange gode restauranter i Almunecar og til rimelige priser.
Poolområdet der hører til lejligheden er et af de bedste, hvis ikke det bedste, i Almunecar.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones
Es un apartamento muy bien ubicado, con TODO LO NECESARIO para unas vacaciones: una cocina bien equipada, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, congelador, plancha para la ropa y aire acondicionado. Todo muy digno e impoluto. Pequeños detalles como sombrilla y hamacas playeras, incluso hay paraguas por si llueve. Fuimos mi marido y yo, pero también hay un sofá cama en el salón, por si viajas con uno o dos niños. La ubicación es excelente, con vistas al mar y a la montaña (Vimos rapaces :D) Incluye parking en la urbanización (importante ya que está zona es bastante concurrida) Está muy cerca de supermercados, farmacias, chiringuitos, restaurantes, comercios y zonas de ocio. Los propietarios fueron muy atentos y amables, disponibles para cualquier cuestión. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Nosotros repetiremos.

Tolles kleines Apartment mit Sonne zum Frühstück
Ich habe zwei Monate in dem Apartment verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.
Für ein oder zwei Personen ganz ideal. Prima ausgestattet, alles da, sogar Geschirrspüler. Süd-Ost Lage mit Meerblick und Sonne von ca 9-14 Uhr im Winter, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Innenstadt in ca 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren bei kleinen Problemen sofort.
Gerne wieder!!!

Nice little apartment for two
We spent the whole of October 2019 in this apartment. The kitchen is very small but is well equipped and can be used for making light meals. Very clean when we arrived and easy to check in via the permanently manned reception desk. Communication with Jesus and Lucienne was very easy as they have two shops in town, but we didn't really need to do anything more than introduce ourselves as everything worked perfectly. The location couldn't be better - right by the beach and five minutes walk into town. See you again next year, Jesus and Lucienne!

Estupendo para unos dias de descanso en familia
Muy buena ubicacion, y el apartamento pequeñito pero múy comodo, y con todo lo necesario. Totalmente recomendable para viajar con niños. Para la playa es recomendable calzado tipo escarpines, pero lo resolvimos con las tiendas que hay cerca. Hemos estado muy a gusto, gracias!

L'appartement est super agréable près du centre, cela nous a permis de marcher et de découvrir la ville. Le parking est fermé.
Jésus et Lucienne sont adorables et à notre écoute.

Nice apartment
We were two adult and one child (8) and the apartment was perfect. It is a small apartment with a small kitchen where it is difficult to make dinner, but we were mostly at the pool/beach and eat out a lot. It has a stunning view over the ocean.
We found the apartment clean and everything worked fine.
We had a problem with a leak in the water pipe, which the reception took care of. I wrote to the owner to inform him, and he came immediately and offered us cleaning again - extremely service minded...

Very nice small apartment at the seaside and 100 meters from the beach and sea. Very complete with everything you need for your stay in Almuñécar. With a bit of luck you even see the dolphins passing by. At walking distance from the centre of Almuñécar. I only missed a pair of scissors but who would complain about that. Breakfast in the sun at the balcony is greath. :-)

Great picture window that folded back into the wall to open the balcony our to a wonderful view of the Med.
The property is small but perfectly sized for two people and designed really thoughtfully.
The owners left simple things to get us started while we could shop and this was most appreciate. Highly recommended!
