Menacing messages received from a concerning proprietor.

Nada.

The hotel appears to be both gaudy and excessively expensive for its quality. Additionally, the proprietor encountered issues with the payment system through Booking.com and resorted to sending us menacing messages privately. They even claimed to have reported us to the police for their own payment mishandling. It's astonishing that Booking.com would allow such aggressive individuals on their platform.

Camera ampia con bagno molto bello. Ho adorato il terrazzino con i lavabo e la possibilità di lavarsi i vestiti e stenderli. Ai tavoli si possono portare cibo da asporto e mangiarli lì. La struttura è provvista di posate e anche di una macchinetta del caffè a cialde

Unica pecca è che non ci hanno cambiato le asciugamano per tutta la settimana

High quality centrally located accommodation walking distance to the beach.

An immaculately appointed, very spacious room in the centre of San Vito with a comfortable king-size bed and sofa bed. Only a short walk to the beach. Our host was very helpful in organising the parking (they have an arrangement with a car park nearby) and recommending a boat trip for the day. There is a small courtyard to the rear with a sink and drying rack and tables for socialising. Our room at the back also had a small balcony.

Really enjoyable time.

We were there in the third week of October, so the town was generally quiet. Gianni was an excellent host, always available (via WhatsApp) and interesting to talk to. Room was recently added, so modern and comfortable.

Fantastic place at the heart of San Vito Lo Capo

Fantastic place, the best B&B I have been to in Sicily! Everything was perfect, the room was super comfortable and newly renovated, the location is great next to the beach and coffee/restaurants. The owner Gianni was very helpful and always available. I highly recommend!

What’s there not to like? I can’t recommend this place enough. It is my ‘go to’ place if I’m looking for accommodation. Fantastic value for money and Gianni, the host, simply couldn’t be more hospitable.

Clean and homey BnB with Perfect central location, two steps to beach.

The host, Gianni, was really welcoming, friendly, and super helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I also loved how clean and homey the bnb is (it smells so good), and the beautiful courtyard with lovely lemon trees to relax in. 10/10 I would stay here again.
