Great stay! The house was charming and well equipped with everything we needed. The property owners communicated well and were quick to reply with a few questions we had while there. Their notes on the property were provided digitally as well as a hard copy on premises, clear and detailed. They accommodated our early check-in upon arrival and we were grateful for their flexibility. The area was lovely and it was so nice to be out of the chaos of the city center. We had dinner at a fabulous gastropub called The Brown Dog just across the river—don’t miss it!
The only thing that wasn’t absolutely perfect was proximity to public transport station. It was about a 20 minute walk to the tube (not terrible, nice and flat), but we did often get taxis or Uber for convenience and that was pricey. Overall we were very happy with this lovely home and recommend it to others.

Lovely home with great style, exactly what we thought. Would stay here again next time in London. Thank you again for sharing your home.

Great eclectic house in a wonderful location, with fabulous hosts.
We were in London for a week, seeing some sights and visiting some universities. The location was great for this - a bus/tube ride into central London and back, and you are in a much quieter, less touristy part of London.
Get off the tube after a long day at Hammersmith, and walk along the Thames for a mile back to house. Stop at a waterside pub for a drink. Maybe two. Enjoy the beautiful views from the pub, then walk on back. Walk up to Chiswick high street through Chiswick house and gardens - lots of restaurants and small shops on the high street.
House was well equipped, hosts super responsive. Would book again.

The house is lovely! It’s also nearby Chiswick House & Gardens and close to the river, which was nice for morning walks. There are frequent buses to Chiswick High Road or central London, so the location is very convenient.
Our hosts were great and very flexible/accommodating about early check in, parking etc. Andrea was very prompt/responsive in answering any of our questions.
We would definitely stay here again when back in London!

Beautiful house in a gorgeous area . Our family of 9 have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Nomadic. The house is so stylish and decorated with so much thought. Every room looks amazing. It's perfectly located for seeing all of the sights London has to offer.
The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. We spent lots of lovely sunny evenings in the secluded garden .
There are bus stops and tube stations close by but as we were such a large group we decided to drive. An added bonus was that parking is free in front of the property. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was provided- a real home away from home! There were even lots of toys to keep the little ones entertained! And great broadband for the bigger ones!!
Andrea couldn't have been more helpful. She answered all of my queries promptly and made herself available whenever we needed.
Chiswick high road, with its lovely shops, restaurants and pubs are about a fifteen minute walk away
We had such a fantastic time, already planning our next trip! Lovely place to stay
