Not welcoming

The bungalows are nice and spacious. There was a table I could do some work, which was great. It's quiet and they have a well-kept pool.

There was no place to put stuff, no shelve, no cupboard, you have to put all your stuff on the floor. The air conditioning was somewhat weak. What was the most disappointing thing was the way the owner lady treated me. She is just nice if you eat in her restaurant, but othewise she was very rude. Firt, the air conditioning was very loud, unbearably loud in the room. I could change the room but she was really pissed off that I complained, although 2 days later I saw her changing the air conditioning. I asked her if I can stay 2 days longer, well ahead of time. 2 days later she greeted me with the words "give me money" which I found super rude. I said I'm not sure yet about the extra days and she got angry. If I had booked on booking I would have had still 2 more days for free cancellation. She then also stopped cleaning my room and giving me water. I didn't feel home in this place. The energy was not good.

Felt right at home!

The staff, the pool, the food, the freedom to relax. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was great for our toddler, with two shallow parts where he could play freely and safely, while we swam in the deep pool right next to him. The food was prepared fresh and was absolutely delicious. The beach was good for short play sessions and great for swimming. Would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend, you will have a very enjoyable stay

Set in a beautiful location on the peaceful east coast. It's very clean and comfortable. The pool is kept super clean and is superb, overlooking the sea.There are a few options for staying with her and she has some rooms for longer stay customers. There were a few people who had chosen to stay on a longer term basis, which speaks for itself. The owner, Malai, is a wonderful host with a genuine interest in her customers and takes the trouble to help with anything. She's also a great cook and her kitchen is open all day. Malai has scooters available to explore the island and she rents them at good prices without any fuss. I highly recommend FuengFah, you will have a very enjoyable stay.

I booked for a week & loved it so much that I ended up extending for another week. They also had the best pad Thai I’ve ever had in my life!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Besitzerin ist auch eine gute Köchin und kann ihnen verschiedene Gerichte zubereiten. Auf einer Insel kein Muss aber der Pool ist natürlich auch ein Nice to have. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ein Wasserkocher wär noch gut in der Ausstattung.

hotel has very clean 4 bungalows, food is included breakfast , the other food on the request, very clean nice swimmingpool, motorbikes on rental for travelling on the island, are not noisy with tourists, personnel very friendly

there are no sandy beaches around this location but gotel can rent you motorbike to get there

Friendly family owned & operated resort. Mild priced. The food and beverage’s are of good quality in the restaurant of the resort.

I stayed 4 days on the west coast and 3 nights in this resort on the east coast. West coast is a bit more alive. I drove down with the car from Bangkok. If you stay at this resort you either need a rental car or scooter. But one wants to explore the island any way right?

Family and staff very nice. Good bungalow with big bathroom, garden around. Pool. Very clean. View on the near see (but not at the beach). Good quality of food. Good location to explore the east coast of Koh Chang. Scooter rent possible.

WiFi was not working at bungalow but well at restaurant and pool, no problem. Plates of food a little small for the price but good quality.

Ko ChangFuenFa is great!

Koh chang fuengfah is a great place to stay! The swimming pool is big and very clean. The restaurant has a varied menu with all kinds of delicious dishes. We've tried many of them and were never disappointed. The rooms are very comfortable. We especially loved the cosy patio, which is perfect to catch some morning sun while waking up. Our favourite part of our stay was the lovely owner though, who went out of her way to help us with everything we asked for and more!

Hotel staff is very welcoming...we felt like home...we were provided with everything we needed ...kitchen ,kitchen utensils, gas to prepare our tea ... Laundary is also here The view is very beautiful front sea view with wonderful nature.... Rooms are also clean Very beautiful & peaceful place as one needs for vacation Just loved it . Will visit again

Owners are very accomodating and helpful. Friendly environment and very homie place. I so like it there.

The distance away from the White Sand beach but since the owner helped us to get there.. everything was all worth it.

Excellent!

Stay at this place was the climax of our 3 week holiday in Cambodia and Thailand. And it was the best part. The guesthouse is superb in many aspects. If you're looking for cozy, clean, airconditioned bungalows with private bathrooms, located in a nice gardenlike setting - that would be your perfect choice. If you're looking for refined Thai cuisine - they're unparalleled. We literally didn't eat anything as good throughout the whole trip, and we ate there 2 meals a day, picking sth different each time. Finally, the hosts. They turned out to be extremely helpful when one of us got into trouble requiring contacting local police. Thanks to them things went smoothly and our "adventure" had an almost fairytale like finale.
