Eigentlich alles. Schönes Zimmer zum Innenhof dadurch sehr ruhig Selbst bei offenem Fenster kein Lärm. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Preis Leistung super. Würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen.

Zentrum nahe Lage, trotzdem sehr Ruhig, ÖVM sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal,

Ich komme sehr gern wieder

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut, besonders das Obst- und Brötchenangebot.

Das Zimmer war relativ kalt.

Gehobenes Stadthotel

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Abends an der Hausbar könnte man immer mit etlichen Menschen den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Leider waren die Bettmatratzen durchgelegen und die Kissen zu prall gefüllt. Die Flurkorridore waren sehr weitläufig.

Günstige Lage in der Altstadt nahe der Tram und kurze Wege zu allen Zielen

Schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar und von dort zu den Zielen. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, kleines Schwimmbecken.

Letztendlich war alles da was ich benötige

Veranstaltung u. Hotel nah beieinander.

Einchecken hat zu lange gedauert. 2 Menschen Schlangen an der Rezeption. Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Fernseher hatte nur ein paar Programme.

Great last minute stop.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was huge and had a very comfy bed. The bar was great. I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

no restrooms at bar/restaurant floor, had to go either downstairs to pool level or take elevator to own room, awkward! Breakfast a little overpriced.

Cheap bud don't expect good attirude

Breakfast and pool, location was good.

We were surprised that the reception did not communicate well in English and despite the promise that there would be sheets and bathrobes in the sauna, second TERRIBLE surprise was bar lady which closed bar at 22:30 saying there are no guests, two seated and we got there. On reception nobody to solve it, just security guy.. Even in lift it is said till 1:00. In the morning our comply was taken like "hmm ok we will tell someone". Third surprise BED BUGS, we were bitten by, even room looked cleaned.

The hotel was advertised as free parking but we had to pay 12 euros No coffee making facilities in room.

Check in at 3pm is too late considering you’re taking a long ride there and then figure out that you need to wait another 3 hours to be able to check in.

A very nice hotel, I would stay here again.

Quiet, great location, friendly staff, and good breakfast (real maple syrup is always a win). I like that they have the lights in the room set up so all the controls are right by the bed. And I appreciate the large sign facing the river that made it easy to find at night.

The breakfast is good, but quite expensive. Internet was a little spotty in my room, but not terrible.
