Welcome at the Sunny City Studio! This comfortable, bright studio is perfect for enjoying Zandvoort. Use the property as a base to experience the city and live like a local. The studio has everything you need for a great stay - work or pleasure near the beach! Notice Amsterdam is just a 30 min ride!

The kitchen contains all the basics to prepare a nice meal (please note there is no oven and dishwasher). The bedroom is separate to the living space and includes a double bed and a clothes-rack. In the living space are bunk bed, flatscreen tv and a dining area. The bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Zandvoort train station is at walking distance, direct connections with Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.

The studio is great for a get away. Super cozy and neat, it has everything that is needed for a weekend off at the beach! The check in was fast and everything was properly explained. The area is super quiet and the studio is 100m away from the supermarket and the centre. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away from the house. I had a really good time and I hope to be back soon!

While the space was small, it was super close to the train station directly into Amsterdam and other public transit hubs. All of the shops and restaurants close by were gorgeous! I would absolutely stay again.

Great studio in Zandvoort, close to the beach, train station, supermarket, chemist, butcher, baker, shops and many restaurants and coffee shops. We originally had booked in Amsterdam and changed at the last minute to stay at Zandvoort. So happy we did. It was a great retreat in beautiful coastal village and only half an hour to Amsterdam via train, that runs every half hour, for 6 euros. The studio was fresh, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Note - there is no microwave or washing machine in the studio.

Everything was perfect. The location is great it’s only 30min in train to Amsterdam, and the station is 3min walking from the house. The neighborhood was so nice, there are a lot of places to eat and also there is a supermarket very close.

Our stay at the Sunny Studio was great. Very clean, towels and linen provided. I would give this a 4.5/5 only because there wasn’t a laundry machine or hair dryer in the apartment. Besides that, it was a beautiful place to stay and right near the beach, station, supermarket, ATM’s and cafes. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a total of 5 nights with two friends in this apartment and we had a really nice stay overall. The apartment was clean and tidy, well maintained and spacious. In addition, the location is super central! A star deduction, because of the drain in the bathroom, which did not work so well. All in all a great place to stay !!

Zandvoort is an amazing place. The apartment is comfortable for four persons like we were. Maybe it is even better for a couple. We enjoyed going to Amsterdam by bike (less than 30 km) and then going back by train. If you travel by car be sure to use free parking lots, the host can tell you where you can find them (the first day we parked along the house and we received a fine). The password for the WIFI was wrong but it was not such a big problem since we were outside all the time.

We arrived at the apartment and it smelled extremely musty, so we first had to open the front door to ventilate. (We even did this at night, because it was so extremely stuffy). Because the ''windows'' can be tilted only minimally in the upper area, the air in the apartment is extremely. Furthermore, the apartment was dirty and very dusty. There was neither toilet paper nor oil nor any kind of spices. The only good thing about the apartment was the central location. In summary, I would not recommend booking this apartment again.

We spent four days in Zandvoort at Sunny City Studio 14.7-17.7.2018. We really liked your services and everything worked uncomplicated. And the apartment was nice exept the smell of mold. The smell was really strong and when we arrived back home and I opened my suitcase all my clothes smelled like mold. That wasn't nice. Also I am allergic so I needed to use antihistamine during our stay. In the future I will use your services again, but not this apartment. Sincerely Henni

Service war echt top, Infos per WhatsApp und E-Mail, Video mit Lagebeschreibung war echt toll, Sauberkeit hingegen hätte besser sein können, im Regal lagen z. B. alte Tabletten. Bad und Küche rochen sehr nach Abfluss. Licht anmachen war auch nicht so der Hit, es funktionierten nur drei von sieben Lampen. Lage war super, mitten im Zentrum, schräg gegenüber war ein Supermarkt, max 10 Min bis zum Meer.
