easy I am back now for two weeks and maybe more. i stayed here last august to june 2024 that is why

staff are brilliant and friendly a nice atmosphere, the Pandaria bakery cafe

cold food at breakfast, great omelets nice and hot but the bacon sausages are always cold maybe warm the plates. the toaster is way too slow not a commercial toaster

인피니트 풀 최고! 가성비 최고 클럽룸 신청하여 5시부터 7시가지 와인, 맥주, 음료, 피자, 과일등를 무제한.....이용했고 그 후 여기서 일몰 보면서 저녁 식사로 연결....아주 좋은 위치와 장소 입니다. 크럽룸 좋아요. (평일은 다른 손님 없어서 더 좋음)

역시 호텔이 오래되었음. 저희는 2개의 스윗트 클럽룸에 묵었고 객실을 리뉴얼 했지만 그래도 복도나 로비는 표시가 많이남.

Good for an overnight

Love the different restaurants available to eat at. Very comfortable beds with many pillows. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. I was able to checkout at 2pm without an additional charge.

Hand held shower leaked badly. It came out where the hose connects to the shower head. TV quality was poor. Not many channels to choose from. I was very surprised that the hotel charged $30 for a ride to the airport. A taxi cost $27.

Great value and service. Highly recommend

Reservation was booked the day of and the room was ready at the scheduled time. The room and view were great . Service was top notch from the reservation, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Great value for the Ocean View Corner Suite w Club Access.

Property is a bit dated and still under typhoon recovery.

Quiet little getaway.

The room had so much space for a comfortable staycation.

Some lights didn’t turn on above the bed. Water temperature isn’t always consistent. Closet door needed a bit of lifting to be closed all the way.

It was a joyful and pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I really wish my stay was longer.

The view was really nice. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. I didn’t have time to go to the pool, but the bakery was great as well as the coffee.

The new owners are failing to make a serious commitment to any improvements. Same hotel (Sheraton) different name.

It wasn’t the relaxing get-away I was hoping for but the views were stunning.

We loved the location, the view, and the pools. The hotel staff were lovely.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and I had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. After the first night my back hurt in the morning.

So far I love the jacuzzi and the room was satisfied excellent

I enjoy the stay plus it was the cleanness and well satisfied especially to find in addition other room also have a Jacuzzi also that will be the best and understanding expensive but it's all worth it at the end

It with the confusing with the payment when checking in not knowing when booking online it must be directed to them and not on the app but the good thing It's Not Over the budget the one thing that throws me off was the security deposit knowing that you guys have the information of our card in the way if anything is wrong or missing or stolen or anything they can just pulled out from our card but it clearly understands why they just added SD....
