spacious house with all facilities we need. We have warm and cosy feeling like at home.

It’s a lovely property with many beautiful decorations.

I knew it’s just a decoration, but I , as a Christian, dislike a Buda statue in the property.

Superb

Everything was as stated. The accommodation was spotless. Well set up with everything you would need. Geoff was super helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend.

Stayed here as it was close to a function we were attending. Location was quiet, peaceful and easy to find but there was not a whole lot to do in Erowol Bay. Close to Hyams and Vincentia but everything required a drive.

Fantastic cottage and great location

Had everything we needed, great log fire, very comfortable beds and living room. Awesome cottage. Geoff was brilliant in answering any questions and the veranda area was so relaxing. we had kangaroos come and join us in the garden which topped off a brilliant stay

2nd visit to Bush and bay and not the last, we fell in love the place Close to everything, sparkling clean, Geoff & therese are welcoming and so friendly, you could feel like at your home❤ We had lovely dinner with Kangaroos playing at the front yard and family game night around the fireplace 10/10, truelly will recommend it to all of my friends

Jervis Bay is lovely and the proximity from this property to Hyams Beach & Huskisson was great!

Location was great as we wanted to be in a secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of Huskisson. We had kangaroos in back yard and saw them at the water foreshore on our morning walks.

Realise the property is often booked with guests, however on arrival we wanted to light the fire. Kindling and wood was outside on verandah, but the fireplace was full of ash from a previous visit. It was too messy to sort so we put on the air conditioning. There were a number of small vases in the lounge room with a flower arrangement but also having being for previous guests they were dead and threw them out. One towel for each guest is provided, can I suggest 2? We were staying 3 nights, I like a couple towels to wash and shower.

Superb

The location, the house, the garden, being close to the main activities (Booderee National Park, city town, whales watching...). Everything was super clean, we had everything we needed in the house. We felt like at home :) And even during wintertime we were not cold, thanks to the fireplace and the heating in the bedrooms. Value for money is really great, we highly recommend this place.

Wonderful holiday rental with all the convenience of a well stocked house. Loved it.

Whilst not in the centre of all the action, this property delivers on peace and quiet. It backs onto bush and there are some local kangaroos which are easily spotted. House facilities were excellent. A very well stock kitchen! I brought a pan , good kitchen knife and stovetop coffee maker - but didn't need to. It really is a cut above holiday rentals in that respect. The verandah was well used by our group (TV didn't get turned on once). Beds were comfy. 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and the other room could sleep 3 singles. We had 4 people across 3 rooms and it was perfect. It really was a great place to stay. Wish we had taken more time off work rather than just a weekend. Would def stay again. Highly recommend.

Not much we didn't like - can't think of anything actually.

There are enough things for our comfortable staying. Especially, various cooking tools were stored and heating equipment was great! Everyone loved the cozy warm house. Thank you :)

Comfortable and cozy stay

The rooms were perfect and cozy. All utilities were well maintained. A number of Knicks knacks - like books for both kids and grown ups, board games - a nice touch. Gave the feeling of staying in your own home.

1. Single bathroom and toilet - although in separate enclosures meant a little bit of discomfort as we had whole family queuing up to get ready on time. 2. Had a bit of a challenge in opening the door. But we did get good guidance from Geoff.
