This place has been neglected. Upon arrival, we were met with an entire backyard full of dog poop. The patio furniture was not clean and the fire pit was not ready for use. There was garbage and broken glass on the lawn and patio. The pots and pans hanging over the stove were covered in dust, the utensil drawer had dirty items and food crumbs in it, two coffee cups had food crumbs in them. The potholders in the drawer had food on them. Light bulbs were burned out. The heat registers were caked with dust. The baseboards and blinds were dusty. The windows were filthy on the outside and the bushes were overgrown so that you couldn't even see out the windows. Upon my insistence, the poop was mostly removed the next morning, I picked up 11 more piles after he left. Cleaners were sent. The management company blamed the last renter and made excuses for the yard not being taken care of. I was credited for 2 nights stay due to my inconvenience. I would not stay here again.

Great Location
This was a fabulous location near Folly Beach, downtown Charleston and Mount Pleasant. It was not more than around 10-15 minutes from any of those locations. It was well stocked and the owner property manager was extremely responsive to any requests for info on the property. We would definitely look to stay here again when we come to Charleston.

If I could give 100 stars I would. This was place was amazing. Very quaint, very clean, very comfortable. We were attending a wedding and visiting family. I had family staying with us; it was plenty of room, even with a 1.5 bathroom. The owners stocked with different flavors of coffee (very important with our family); it's the little things you notice about a rental. We felt very at home while we were there. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous house!
This was a fabulous house to stay in for our visit to Charleston. The house was extremely well stocked (even toothbrushes and toothpaste!). I loved using the kitchen and everything I needed for cooking was available - pots, pans, spices, utensils, even coffee-to-go cups. The large TV, WiFi, and Netflix made my husband extremely happy. With all the options available, I’m very glad we chose this place to stay in. It’s like being at home.

A Few Days in Charleston
This home was perfect. Great location just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of beautiful downtown Charleston. Fenced in yard for the pups and privacy for the adults from the comfy beds in each of the bedrooms. Outside porch offered a great opportunity to sip a beverage and enjoy the Charleston weather. If you are thinking of a getaway, use this location. Mary Parker

Felt right at home
This property is exactly how the photos represent it. This was our first trip to Charleston and we were unsure of where to stay based upon all the things we wanted to see on our vacation. We split our time betweeen this home and another on isle of palms...and this was by far the better location, as most of what we visited was on this side of downtown Charleston or in downtown proper...which was a very easy drive from the house. There were plenty of amenities close by and we took advantage of James island park, which was very close and very nice...as well as the antique mall, and of course the easy access to groceries and local cuisine. The owner was attentive and easy to work with, responding to texts within a minute and always helpful. I appreciated that there was an instant pot in the kitchen and the pots and pans were not scratched and gouged, as most rentals are. As others have stated, there is a ton of coffee, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies, and toiletries, which is much appreciated when traveling. There were also disposable to go coffee cups, which we used daily, as we always made coffee and took it with us as we were off and running most days.
One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms, the one with the single bed and a crib, and the queen room are attached via bifold doors that are not sealed well which leaves a large gap that noise and light transfers. This was fine for us as we used this for parents and kids, but for others, just make note of it. It would have been ideal to have a queen bed instead of a twin in the room with the crib, as some may want to use this as a couple with a baby...just an idea. If staying with a larger group...there is not a ton of seating in the living room, but we found that the kiddos hung out in the living room and the adults lingered around the dining table, which worked for our group; but you could not seat 8 in the living room to watch tv or congregate without rearranging furniture.
The few quirks aside, I would not hesitate to stay in this home again, we truly felt at home and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Our time in this home was the highlight of our trip and this is due to the owners thoughtfulness in thinking about his renters. Thank you!

Lovely and comfortable!
My family needed a place to stay over the weekend of my son's wedding. This house was perfect! The four bedrooms were comfortable for the six of us. We enjoyed the coffee and the Netflix. We commented several times that this would be the perfect house to rent for a week long beach trip or relaxing getaway. Warren was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to every email and text. We would highly recommend a stay at the Frampton House!

A nice surprise on a quiet street
The space was comfortable and clean except for the laundry area which was filthy. I was carefu not to drop a piece of clothing on the floor
The lighting needed some reworking
Unless at the dining room table there was no adequate lighting to read
Warren was helpful and very attentive. Once we got the locks and tv straightened out
All was smooth sailing and we liked the convenience of our location with movie and places to eat nearby
