the place is nice and clean but the noise in the nigh is deafening, its like you are in a night club

The place is clean, nice staff

Noisy environment, its located near bars which play loud music until late in the night. Its not for someone who cannot sleep in the presence of noise. Also there were no floor towels and towels when asked the staff said they are just been washed and not dried yet

Very good, want to see you guys on another level on my next visit. I really loved you guys.

Breakfast must be provided as advertised not on request, it must be a service not me to request for it. Wifi was very good.

Car parking must be provided under security, the whole area to be barricaded by wall and use only one motorized gate. There were no towels provided on my second day, bath toiletry to be available and not to be requested.

Food was perfect. Peace was enough around the hotel

We had to make a call for almost every single toiletry in bathroom as he couldn't find any available ones. The bedding set is a bit old therefore requesting for a little amendments on it.

I disliked everything. I was from SA and wanted to go out and have fun late. But this was not allowed as they lock gates at 10. The stuff was not willing to help. Place is dirty, linen not washed. Bathroom is a disaster. Room key is not provided,when you close the door from outside you need to look for them so they can open. Kitchen is filthy. They cant assist cliests we were awekan by hooting car from 3 am untill 5 am that wanted to go out but was not assisted and it kept hooting. Please kindly have some respect on clients thank you.

Simple but great

We arrived at 5 am in the morning ans the girl at the entrance was great, We had acces directly at the room. She saved us, for no money in exchange ! Thank you again. The emplacement is not the best but perfect for a simple transit at Gaboronne !

Everything in room 6, the room was covered with cobwebs in the ceiling Bathroom was dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling No bathroom mat No toilet brush No water in the room No glasses Discolored sheets and pillow cases Dirty stained moi moi blankets Phone not working, to call reception I was not given key for my room, but told to pay P200.00 Noisy staff early morning, laughing out loud I was not given any towel in my room Poor customer service, Tsaone was on the phone While i wanted to pay for the room.. and it was a personal call for that matter She then afterwards exchanged words with me when i complained Overall poor service compared to what i experienced in 2020

Good

The White City Inn is behind a Disco. So its relatively noisy on weekends. We stayed 1 1/2 weeks here and it was comfortable for us. The staff was very nice and the room big and clean.

I enjoyed my stay the only turn off for me was the cold shower I had and the unhospitable staff.

The Family Room 2 is wonderful.

The staff is not hospitable.

I only took the room because booking. Com had already charged me

Breakfast was so bad, hotel had a bad smell ad dirty, not good for one to eat in it. I was charged an P1200 on booking.vom but when i got to the hotel i had to wait for 45 minutes for the hotel to find my booking and pay E1260 insted of the P1200They

They should clean the hotel, disinfect and put some airfreshners

I will not return

The bed was not even made when I got there. When asked about bedding - it was brought and placed on the bed - bed not made, I had to ask about it. The bedside lamps do not work. No Lighting at the work desk. Limited hot water. No guest coffee, mug etc - I had to ask for it. Guest soap, towels and toilet paper only brought to room after I checked into the room. No key for room was given. Aircon is noisy - had to switch off at night to be able to sleep. Guest house is next to tavern - very noisy and drinking till late hours
