About this villa rental
Villa Anthoulis is a typical Cyprus property, located in a secluded olive grove above Latchi Cyprus, with amazing sea views and only a few minutes from the beach and town's center.
This is an ideal place for a family or party of six persons that wishes to be away from it all, enjoying the private big pool, the nicely set gardens and the peace of the virgin Cyprus countryside.
Villa Anthoulis Cyprus is a three bedroom property, all set on one level facing the sea at the front and the green surrounding hills at the back. It is accessed by an outside gate, which opens to a short lane to the property and to the private parking.
Layout
It consists of an open plan modern kitchen, spacious dining and living area, with balcony doors opening to the pool terrace and to a front roofed balcony, with nice seating facilities.
All the bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with amazing views and they are all fully air-conditioned. (Air-conditioning is provided free of charge).
There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which are sharing a family shower / wc.
Pool and Location
The large private pool, with pool table aside, is at the front of the house surrounded by nicely looked after gardens, plants and spacious terraces for a relaxing sunbath.
Sitting on the front terraces, the views of the open sea are amazing, the privacy exceptional and the location handy for hiking or walking all the way down to Latchi beach through countryside's olive and orange trees.

Lovely Villa spotlessly clean in a very peaceful location.Everything catered for plus some essential supplies provided in advance of our arrival which was most appreciated.Certainly able to chill out here around the splendid pool which was great.

Very beautiful villa in the countryside. You can really relax, no road and no traffic nearby and therefore very relaxing. You can hear a dog barking from time to time on the neighboring property. Very nice and I would go back.

Been going to Cyprus for years and overall this is the best Villa we have stayed in. Well kept, very comfortable bed and Netflix for the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, fantastic villa in a beautiful location
Everything was perfect, we love Latchi and have stayed in this area many times. Beautiful quiet location and less than 5 mins drive to the harbour. The villa was very well equipped, clean, tidy and the pool brilliant for cooling down. Would absolutely recommend this villa and would stay again given the chance.

Amazing property hidden away in the middle of an olive grove. Views of the sea whilst sitting by the massive pool, just spectacular. Villa was scrupulously clean with regular maid service. Even the shower was good which is unusual in Cyprus!! Agents were just a text away if you had any problems. Just a 3 minute drive from Latchi. Can't recommend this villa highly enough.

Lovely vistas and very quiet. The pool is clean and a delight. The villa is a little difficult to find and you must have a car to get there. There is no hair dryer, or outlets near mirrors, so let your hair down and relax.

Great villa set out very well three minutes drive away from Latchi. Very private with a good size pool it made for a very enjoyable stay.Modern inside with a nice and spacious double and two twin rooms all on one level. Pool table and BBQ set to the side of a very spacious outside area kept in very good order. Pool cleaned regularly and maid service included. Air con worked very well and was a welcome relief from the outside heat. Only downside was the pressure of the showers which would benefit from some attention but only a minor criticism of what is a very good level of accommodation.

Another amazing holiday at this villa. Incredibly quite and peaceful and all that look after the villa provide a lovely, not intrusive service. Wouldn't be surprised if we visit again.

Perfect runaway to the nature and privacy
The villa is fantastic. Spectacular view to the mountains and the see. It is a few kilometers away from the village but is worth as being in the quietness. Driving instructions were very helpful ( hard case in the nighttime). The pool is excellent, very clean. We were very enjoyed with double bed, very comfortable, usually most of them are too soft and cause backaches in the morning, but not this time. The kitchen is very good equipped. Wifi was perfect for Spotify playing and movie watching.

We had a perfect vacation. The villa is in an excellent location, with amazing views and only a few minutes drive from the sea. In the kitchen we found everything we needed, and the place was clean and tidy.The pool is of a very good size and overlooks the amazing scenery. The service we received from Stepanus and EOS Team was quick and satisfying.Definitely a place to go back to

Nice house
This is a nice house in the foothills overlooking Latchi. It is not too difficult to find though I think the owner could give much easier directions (a slightly longer route with just two turns that we subsequently used). The house has all the necessities and was very comfortable. The owner provided a baby bed and a high chair for our little travelling companion.The pool was a bit colder than expected but it was still April and it was useable. I cannot really say about cleaning as it seemed like someone came just once and replaced bathroom/kitchen towel but no cleaning otherwise. Having an outdoor grill was a plus. The pool table is not very functional.Having insect screens on at least a couple of sliding doors would make the property better to allow air movement without mosquitos.Overall, it was a very good rental from our perspective of three adults and a young child

excellent service and amazing property with all facilities! most importantly amazing view of latchi! near to Latchi suitable foe inspiring walks iu the nature of orange and lemon and olive trees. only 25min away from Latchi port! easy access to all. my family loved the place with big pool and pooltable and lovely patio space. we want to be back soon. excellent service from owners!

We just back from a dream vacation in Villa Anthoulis.For those who looking for quiet, totally privacy and amazing view, this is the place for them.It is better to rent a car to get the house,and also use a landmark on the google map to reach the first timeWe got cheese, wine, snacks, coffee and tea.The house is fully equipped and even electrical udapters and washing powder have.The pool was stunning, our 2 childrens (8 12 years old) loved it.The villa is located in Latchi, which is beautifull little village by the sea, with very fraindly and services peoples.We definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

We loved the Villa...
We loved the Villa - it wasn't easy to find at first but maybe that's part of the magic when you do. It was very peaceful and completely private, set in a wonderful, tranquil olive grove. We had some problems with the Wi Fi initially but this was dealt with straight away and very efficiently. We had a great time and were even gifted a bottle of local olive oil by the owner.

The house is in a nice location and the view is really nice.
The house is in a nice location and the view is really nice. It is a practical house that provides a lot of nice things to do. It has some problems that need to be mentioned though: the master bedroom shower door is missing and the shower knob as well. Some of the garden screws are rusty which can be a problem when one has a baby or a child. We had a looooot of trouble finding the place because the gps coordinates that we were sent were not accurate and the owner (whom we called) sent us by mistake to another villa and back. The most problematic thing for us though was that the air conditions were charged extra. In a place like Cyprus air consitions are absolutely necessary. In the listing one can see the air condition sign and it is only mentioned somewhere in the middle of the villa description (in brackets) that there is an extra fee for the use of the units. The price is not mentioned anywhere. So we were shocked to hear that we had to pay 5 EUR extra per unit per day which means an extra 15 EUR per day. Guests should be clearly informed about it beforehand and not "set up" with no choice once they arrive. Finally there was only one umbrella for 6 sun beds and when we asked for an extra one they brought us one tiny one that couldn't even be opened because of the wind. It was a joke...
