Bright, modern one bedroom second floor penthouse (35 steps) apt on a small complex just a 3 minute stroll from the centre of Mijas village, close to an array of restaurants,tapas bars,cafes and shops. The view of the coast and surrounding countryside from the large Moroccan arched terrace is breath taking, the mountains of North Africa can be seen in the distance. At night you can see the lights twinkling on the Costa del Sol coast line. The pool is surrounded by a large sun bathing terrace with the most stunning views. Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge. Two toilets and a shower.The very pretty historic white village has narrow winding streets,old bull ring, museum and a plethora of churches including a lovely white church nestled on the hills above Mijas a 20 minute walk away.Take a donkey or horse and carriage ride and explore the sights. Free Flamenco show and spectacular events in the recently re designed town square add to the charm of Mijas. There is an inexpensive regular bus service to the coast, local towns and Malaga.

Well appointed, fantastically equipped and good value with good communication for owner. This could have been hard to find without the detailed communication I received which was spot on.
I arrived to a very clean property and pool area and parking was superb.
We also encountered a very helpful ex-pat, Lee, who was most helpful (and sarcastic)

I have been holidaying in and around Mijas for many years and absolutely love everything the village has to offer views, history, shops and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. It's simply my go to place to relax and rest up.
This apartment gives you a stunning Vista a quality pool and everything you need for a couple an independent home to stay at while you enjoy the delights of Mijas and further afield if you wish.
Can't recommend as I don't want anyone to know about how great it is to be here

Had another fantastic stay in Mijas Pueblo. This appartement has everything you need, is quiet, clean and central. People taking care of this place are very pleasant and did everything to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. We will certainty return next year.

A sort walk to all Mijas amenities. Apartment was very comfortable for our weeks stay with everything needed for self catering. The view from the balcony is stunning. Would highly recommend to other travellers looking for a relaxing holiday.

This property is fantastic! All you need for a great stay in Mijas and the view is to die for. The condo is well equipped and has all you need for a fantastic stay. We stayed 4 weeks and will definitely return next year. The couple (Tess & Steve) who take care of this property were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had all that we needed.

Very comfortable appt., 5 mins from centre. Just a teeny bit tired. Shutter strap in main room in danger of shredding and thus breaking. No toilet brush to be found, it seems for a good while. Not enough toilet paper provided.
Knives need sharpened.
Frying pan handles all loose. ( I tightened them.)
IKEA chairs on terrace in danger of falling apart. ( I tightened all the bolts as best I could, but these should be properly addressed, with an allen key.

Good location
Comfortable property away from the busy area of Mijas but still only a short walk . The views from the apartment are fantastic and although you are close to other properties it feels very private . Avoid if you aren’t good with stairs! We enjoyed our holiday in this property. The only downside is that the air conditioning unit is on the balcony so if the AC is on it blows out a lot of warm air on to it which is uncomfortable in 30deg heat !

Stunning Property
Just spent three weeks at this little gem of an apartment. We love Mijas Pueblo and this apartment was perfect in every way. The apartment boasts stunning views to the coast from your own private terrace overlooking the communal pool. The community/pool is immaculately maintained with plenty of sunbeds/parasols to go round. The apartment is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you would expect to see in your own home. Just go ahead and book, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful break. Shan and Ian x

Great location and wonderful terrace!
The condo is extremely well located for exploring Mijas Pueblo and surrounding area. The village was lovely to explore with lots of winding streets, good shops and restaurants. It never seemed busy (we visited in March 2020) but it’s a bit difficult to know whether the crowds may have been less due to the Coronavirus. The highlight for us was the lovely terrace upon which we could retire each afternoon to sip wine and read. Athough the furnishings are a bit basic, overall the apartment is fairly well equipped. The parking spot is very narrow so the recommendation should be to rent a sub-compact car.

Great little apartment
Great view from the balcony as described . Pool area great . Everything you need in the apartment including air conditioning, plenty off light in kitchen for cooking using over head cooker fan and light. (There was another comment in another review this was not there ?) Close to centre of Mijas , shops and bars, Also Tess who looks after the apartment very welcoming and there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to this apartment and would recommend to friends and family

Panoramic Views
The property is spacious and well situated for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local market. The balcony is well equipped and spacious and has amazing views. The sunsets in particular are beautiful and while we would go out exploring during the day we looked forward to coming back to the apartment to relax and enjoy the views. Would definitely return.

Lovely location within Mijas
A really great location. Not too far to restaurants, bus stop and local amenities. Great view from balcony as described.
However a few issues... description on site needs updating. Air conditioning in bedroom does not work. Stand alone fan as stated in property description was not evident. Very hot at night. Neither were there any bathrobes. Also extractor fan appeared to be missing above hob so no switch for hob lights. Very dark in kitchen to cook.
Apartment is generally dated but location makes up for it as not really in apartment for too long. Pool area very welcome in the heat. Met some really nice owners within the block.
Please can you arrange to clean under the bed though. Bed very comfy but too heavy for your cleaner to move...

Quick break in Mijas
We had a lovely break in Mijas Pueblo, having stayed in the village before we knew what to expect. However the Ferria was on for the whole time we were there. Whilst it brings great energy and colour to the village and the processions were amazing , it was certainly not quiet, even staying on the outskirts of the village we could still hear music and the fairground up until gone 4am.
It may be just a courtesy to let future guests know of this key date in September.
Overall the accommodation was good , very friendly other guests and people who live there all the time welcoming to us as visitors.
Especially like the shared book shelves and I left a number of books to add the the collection .

Spacious apartment with essential parking space and benefit of pool and wonderful balcony with views. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Fully equipped with beach umbrella and towels too. Bathroom could do with an update especially shower and screen. Key collection from safe easy to do but 2 sets of keys would be useful. Would recommend this apartment.

A week in Mijas Pueblo
This is a lovely apartment, clean and tidy. Lots of nice extra touches such as spare towels, tea towels, an umbrella (yes it rained a lot!), first aid kit etc.
The view was amazing and the property nicely located a short walk from the center of town. Excellent bus connections to other local towns and cities.
It really has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in.
The only thing I can report with negativity is the pool has a lot of restrictions on when you can use it. We like to have an early morning swim, but the earliest we could use the pool was after 10am and not during siesta...something for families to consider.
We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

spectacular view
This is a really lovely spacious penthouse apartment for 2 people. It is clean and had everything we needed. The terrace with it's amazing mountain and sea views, not to mention the weather, made our week in mijas pueblo. I have stayed in this apartment block a few times now, it is just a short stroll from the centre of the village with an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars very nearby. However every evening we looked forward to getting back to sit on the terrace and watch fuengirolla come alive at night. Would return to this apartment again and again.

Great View, Great Apartment, Great Holiday
This is the perfect apartment for both chilling out and exploring the region. Whether you're looking for a room with a view and a great pool to laze beside, or a base to visit Malaga, Marbella, Peurto Banus and a host of other interesting towns on the coast and inland, this is definitely the place for you.
Mijas has a fantastic choice of restaurants catering for a range of tastes and there are plenty of shops to either browse or buy.
There is a good bus service into Feungirola where you can get on the train to the old City of Malaga. Alternatively hire a car and explore the coast and some of the fascinating inland towns such as Coin, Alhaurin el Grande and Ojen.
The apartment itself has all the modern amenities you need to make your stay a memorable one. And the view from the balcony really is as spectacular as the picture suggests.

Great View, Great Apartment, Great Holiday
This property provides a stunning location with all the modern amenities you could wish for.
Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday with the opportunity to laze around the pool and sample the great range of local restaurants, or to hire a car and use Mijas as a base to explore the local region - you really couldn't ask for anything better.
The views from the balcony are even more stunning than the picture suggests.
Will definitely be back in the future.

Great Holiday Apartment
We booked this apartment based upon the view from the balcony, it didn't let us down. The views alone were worth every penny.
On arrival we found the apartment to be clean, tidy and very well equipped, it also made a lovely change to find a holiday apartment with a large comfortable double bed instead of the usual singles and to top it all, we were able to watch a couple of football matches on the T.V. which made a pleasant surprise.
The apartment is ideally located, within just a few minutes walk to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurant to choose from. The only downside we could find with the apartment was the number of stairs you needed to climb when returning to the apartment from the pool, although this didn't affect us, it may affect somebody with walking difficulties.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to stay in Mijas so much so (subject to availability) we will definitely return next year.

GREAT PENTHOUSE
Great clean well equipped penthouse with far reaching views from lounge terrace towards the coast. Car parking a much needed bonus in a lovely Spanish area. Our first visit to Mijas and will certainly return soon, we can recommend the complex and the town for a very enjoyable holiday.

Mijas Magic
This was our 4th visit to Mijas and the first to this apartment, we were certainly not disappointed as it exceeded our expectations and some more, as it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. As others have said, the terrace and panoramic views are outstanding, we practically lived on the terrace. The location is excellent just a few minutes to the restaurants and bars, but we loved the "old village" feel as we walked back down the cobbled street which had a little shop which was part of someone's house which opened in the mornings and was so handy for water milk etc. To sum up, would we recommend this apartment.........most definitely, and would we return, again .......most definitely

Absolute bliss!
What a fantastic apartment. So peaceful but not too far from La Cala. The views to wake up to are amazing there's always something to see, binoculars recommended. The apartment is spacious for 2 but wouldn't want 4 in it, maybe children but not 4 adults. We would certainly come here again, soon I hope!
