Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Ontbijt rijkelijk en lekker

Het bed staat DWARS in de heel kleine kamer, je moet over elkaar kruipen om in of uit het bed te komen Wij waren met een groep van 14 en bestelden er ons eten, de laatst bedienden kregen hun bord een uur later dan de eerst bedienden (voor een ordinaire maaltijd). Drankje bestellen duurde ongeveer 20 minuten voor een ordinaire Pina Colada! De badkamer staat gewoon in het slaapgedeelte! meubel zeer klein Duur hotel voor wat je "krijgt"

The location is very convenient next to the Westfield les 4 Temps and la gare de la defense. Every corner at the hotel is very special, the decor is fresh and trendy, it feels like home. The breakfast has a great range of variety and is fresh and tasty.

The room cleaning was not done very well. And they didn't refill the liquid soap bottle, we had it empty for 2 days.

And the breakfast was wonderful. As I’ve mentioned the teacups could be a little bit bigger maybe a mug

GPS took us to the front door and not the rear parking entrance so if you are travelling by car, Mark, the rear of the hotel for the entrance of the car park And the teacups could be a little bit bigger Sorry I’m English I like a big tea

the staff is amazingly friendly!

everything was perfect, location, the room iwas enough for a short stay. Great view and great bed the staff was really great and friendly !

don’t be afraid of the small bathroom but it’s great for a short stay

Superb

The room was very comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay. Close to the metro and the shopping mall. I suggest you note when booking that you'd like a room with a view of the Grand Arch.

Comfortable bed. Brilliant shower. Hotel decor.

Sink design where plug doesn't retain the water. Control of room features on tablet overly complicated.

Overall Good place to stay particularly Arche view. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean.

The rooms are very clean, but the rooms are very small. The Breakfast is Good. They can try some varieties instead of having same food daily.

The bed is not good. The cushion goes down so our back hurts while sleeping.

Really worth it!

The room is excellent! Cosy, warm and technological. The staff was really nice to us. The location is great, calm and close to the subway (5 min walk). The view is great!

access by car is dreadful. parking access does not work properly. no direct access from parking to hotel. really not friendly.

Decor was exceptional and very modern

You had to ask for room cleaning, no drinking water in the room, you had to pick from the bar.
