Très joli hébergement avec un bel extérieur si on reste suffisamment longtemps

L hôtesse nous a très bien accueillis , très sympathique et partageant son amour pour sa région . Petit-déjeuner très bon et très copieux . Logement comme à la maison !

Excelente pequeno almoço com produtos regionais e saborosos. Funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas.

A localização é boa para quem quer visitar a região das Furnas, mas fica um pouco afastada do resto.

Casa em S. Miguel

Excelente estadia em S. Miguel. A Casa está decorada com gosto e é muito acolhedora. Fomos recebidos para nos sentirmos em casa, com o privilégio de ter informação sobre a ilha, tradições e costumes da zona, e ainda, sobre trilhos e locais a explorar. A localização do alojamento para nós foi excelente por ser uma zona mais tranquila da ilha e com carro explorámos muito bem tudo partindo da Povoação. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso, muito completo: fruta fresca da época, vários tipos de pão tradicionais, compostas caseiras, queijos, bolo… produtos da terra, acompanhados do carinho e boa disposição da D. Fátima. Tudo excelente. Obrigada e continuação de um excelente trabalho. Regressaremos seguramente.

Atenção aos pequenos detalhes, a forma como mimam o cliente, o cuidado com o ambiente, o uso exclusivo de produtos locais e sazonais. Excelente forma de apoiar o comércio local. O pequeno-almoço é divinal!!!

O chuveiro precisava um pouco mais pressão. Um pouco distante dos pontos de interesse mas a simpatia dos funcionários e o conforto do espaço fazem-nos sentir em casa e esquecer esse pormenor.

Fátima es encantadora, muy atenta y servicial. Nos dio buenos consejos sobre qué visitar en la isla. Los desayunos de 10, productos de la isla y muy variado. El apartamento limpio y cuidado, con unas vistas espectaculares.

Incontournable à Sao Miguel !

Fatima est très serviable, professionnelle et gentille. L' endroit est calme avec un beau jardin et vue sur les montagnes. Appartement tout confort et petit déjeuner au top !

The accommodation is beautifully located in nature. The owner Fatima is a wonderful person.

The accommodation and breakfast is fabulous. Don’t miss to visit ‘alameda dos plantas’ located next to the property. At 7 km is the waterfall salto do Prego.

Quiet stay tucked away in the mountains.

Very friendly host who really cares about her guests. Providing local knowledge and local produce for breakfast which was very appreciated. We really liked the home made jams, local bread and cheese selections. It was very quiet and peaceful up there in the village. Private parking was convenient. Also for our baby, everything we needed was provided.

The only thing that could be improved would be the shower head. Its a bit lose and fell down on us couple times.

great owner. who takes care of you like family. large kitchen, terrace, garden and absolutely amazing breakfast available

we had a room facing the street, without a view of the garden, where there was terrible noise, especially at night. the room was quite damp and not ventilated. there are no restaurants around.

Very good breakfast both in quality and quantity. The room was always very clean, with a wonderful view and lighting. Very nice and helpful staff.

The TV was not working properly, but it wasn't really a problem.

An adorable B&B with a large garden and mountain views - Fatima is passionate about her home town and island, and her energy is contagious. She was great to talk with about the island, things to do, and hearing her stories about her mother and why they started Casa de Cisaltina was really nice. The rooms were really comfortable, the house welcoming, easy parking, access to the key attractions in the area of Furnas and more. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh, local, fruits from their orchards. . . homemade jams

The owner is incredibly nice, and she prepares an amazing local breakfast, and explaining all the food. Even when our stove broke, she solved the problem immediately. Besides this, very nice rooms and the garden is beautiful! We would deffinitely come back here!

Warm welcome, beautiful property and delicious breakfasts!

Fátima is such a wonderful host and makes you feel at home from the first minute you walk in the door. The breakfasts are delicious and abundant, and prepared every day by Fátima and Sandra who are passionate about sharing local products with their guests - everything on the table is in season and from the island (often from their own gardens!). The rooms are clean and comfortable and equipped with everything needed for your stay. At the end of the day when we returned to our room after a long day of hiking or exploring, we were greeted with the delightful scent of fresh herbs which were placed around the room. Casa da Cisaltina is in a great location for exploring the breathtaking east side of São Miguel. We can’t wait until we can come back and were sad to leave!

We recommend the place for everybody looking for a local vibe and beautiful surroundings (routes for walks and hikes are available, and other towns like Furnas easy reachable within a short ride). Spacious and clean rooms with wonderful mountains view. Delicious breakfast with local bread, jams and fruits. All staff were very helpful and made us feel just like at home.

We did not like the fact we only stayed 2 nights :( We will try to come back!

Nice garden and amazing view of the mountain.

Accommodation is rebuilding an old house into new. Big parking space, very big and nice garden with wifi, the breakfast was perfect, we always had a full belly. The kitchen has all equipment you need for making dinner. Fatima (owner) is very friendly and helpful, she is there always for you. Our room was big enough, comfortable bed, and everything was clean.

I recommend choosing the more expensive room over the only one (which we choose) because this room is situated to the street, during the day it is very noisy and in the evening you can hear sometimes a car passing because you sleep directly over the street. Who has a soft sleeping, it could be very disturbing. And the best are the apartments that have a view of the mountain and the garden, and they are situated outside of the main building.

A most enjoyable stay in a town surrounded by mountains. A short distance to tourist locations.

Breakfast was excellent. The choice of food was exemplary. The promptness of service was most appreciated and the ambiance of the occasion was well balanced to each party having breakfast. A great start to the day.

There were no issues that could have been better as we see it.

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience here. Such a beautiful apartment with wonderful staff, amazing owner, and a beautiful story. The apartment was beautifully set up and personalized for me. Fatima, the lovely owner checked me in. She mentioned she hopes I feel at home. This was one of my few travel stays, where I truly felt at home. I went to the local store, bought ingredients and I cooked in the evening, made some hot tea, and watched tv. It was lovely. The outdoor space is also beautiful. The apartment is located in a perfect location for the adventures on the eastern side of Sao Miguel. I can’t wait to be back. Book your stay here, no hesitation! Thank you Fatima for your kindness and attention and recommendations. Ps. The breakfast is also incredible.

Warm, welcoming family-run B&B with fabulous breakfast.

Absolutely lovely family home that has been converted into a darling B&B. Exceptionally clean. Welcoming. Fantastic breakfast. We had reserved the room facing the street but were upgraded for free to the mountain-facing room as we were the only guests for the winter weekend. The views of the mountain from our room and at breakfast were truly breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel.
