Good value for the money if you're looking for a budget hotel while visiting Munich (by car).

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean.

The kitchen was a disaster. Not enough utensils and some (the most useful) utensils were probably days uncleaned in the dishwasher. Someone was using the washing machine in midnight! It was disturbing, as we could hear it in our rooms. Both receptionist that we met didn't speak english.

I believe that in the summer its really good option where to stay, but in winter its cold there.

Room was big and clean. Shared toilet and shower was also clean and maintained. There was good inernet connection in the room and internet was fast enough for Netflix. Free parking next to the hotel, before 20:00 was always possible to park in front of the hotel. Excelent location close to the BMW factory.

I am giving so bad review only because the heating in the room wasnt working properly, the room has two very big windows and about 3-5 o clock in the morning was very cold in the room. The heating operating panel wasnt working so I couldnt regulate heating. I was complaining on the reception, two days later through message in booking and nothing changed I also didnt get electric heater as was promised. I finally got cold and running nose and this spoiled my stay in the accomodation.

I arrived around midnight and tried to call the reception. I asked him to speak English but he continues to speak Germany, although, he can speak English (after several tries he starts to speak English :( ).
