Had a really good stay and will define consider this hotel again

Very good hotel, neat & clean, good breakfast and staff is very accommodating.. but..

Unfortunately I don’t speak Mandarin or Kantonese so not easy to communicate in English.. but it works eventually with some repeating. Bar closed irregular time and when we did want to sit have a drink before turning in it was closed and it was not late. Also the pool was closed during our stay.

Helpful front desk. A lady named Amber helped me to order food from outside restaurant when the hotel restaurant has closed

Too early hotel restaurant closed around 9.30pm, restaurants nearby are a distance to walk to during night time when I checked in late

The room is big and clean. The facilities are new. But the location is far from CBD.

I recommend book this hotel for business new Hongqiao Airport. Otherwise it would take quite a few time to travel to CBD.

I had to leave the hotel 6:30 in the morning before breakfast but the staff kindly prepared a simple food for me. It was just hot milk, piece of bread and eggs but I appreciated it.

If it were more english speaker staffs.

Both restaurants and Room service were closed at 8h30pm. I've arrived at 9pm and there was nothing to eat on the hotel.

When I arrived at a tired hotel, I went to a reception desk. One of the employees received me. I gave him a phone link. You booked a room. I looked at a phone. He added 200 yuan, even though I am a member of Gnes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean.

There was some water flowing noise coming from one corner of the room which made sleeping very difficult. It seems that this was a known issue as there were 2 sets of earplugs on the side table next to the bed. I didn’t bother the staff as I had checked in late and would be out early next morning. If not for this issue, this would be a great stay.

I stayed on the executive floor. They have the worst breakfast I have ever experienced for a hotel of this caliber. McDonald's serves a better breakfast...

This is the best place to stay in Shanghai for business pleasure or staycation :-)

Priscilla the ADD was so cordial. Bailey the assistant on duty did everything to ensure our dining needs were met around the clock. We were offered complimentary drinks. We felt so wonderful pampered. The restaurant was the best food. Housekeeping was friendly and catered to any needs such as extra pillow or supplies.
