The condo was perfect with plenty of room. Conveniently located to everything and within minutes of Smathers beach. There’s also a convenient store located within walking distance from the condo that has everything you may need.

We had a great time at key west. The property was easily accessible from route 1 so it was conveniently located. The unit was very clean, spacious and we enjoyed watching airplanes take off from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This place had not been taken care of very well and it needed to be updated. Wall outlets did not work in master and the tv remote’s were not correct for the TV’s.

I love the location in relation to downtown. It is out of the way of all the madness but close enough to go right into it. I love the size of the unit. Perfect fit for 5. Having a full kitchen is amazing so we can cook some meals and avoid spending too much money on food and use it for other fun activities

Good home base for exploring the island. Private balcony is great. Airport was neat to watch. Room was nice (not luxury as advertised, but nice). Would do again.

Clean, could use a new coat of white paint, quiet neighborhood, nice view of the sunset. Very nice master bed, and great hide-a-bed in the couch for the littles. Could use the water controls in both bathrooms redone as it's either super-hot or cold, no in-between; lil market extremely close to the property is very convenient. The outside pool is warm (being from Oregon, it felt AMAZING), the air in the apartment worked great and felt great to come into out of the heat. Plenty of glassware. The Sliding door to the balcony could at very least use some lithium grease on its rail as it's quite difficult to open. Comparable to paying for two hotel rooms, but was much better for our family trip than being seperated. An overall good time was enjoyed by our party.

Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week.

Perfect place to sleep and hang by the pool! You will have to Uber downtown but for the price you can’t beat it. Little kitchenette for some basic cooking was nice. We had 5 sleep here which worked out well!

the resort was very nice the only issue we had was the noise from the construction on the ground floor by the elevator. was unable to enjoy the balcony during the day. the airport noise you got adjusted to but the construction noise was very anoying. should i rent again i would check to see if any type of work was being done. was happy they didn't work on the weekend.

I am very dissatisfied with this booking, first I want to highlight that if I had known before that it is only a parking space for 1 car, for a room of 6 people I would not reserve wit, I think you should emphasize on the main post that is only 1 parking permit!, the day before my check in they (Vacasa) sent me an email with the description of the stay and I was able to find out that there was only one parking permit, I contacted them right away! The person who helped me told me that it is actually only a parking permit, I told him that there are 3 vehicles, the person told me that the other two cars could park in an undesignated place, therefore I left confident! But when my day of stay arrives, my fear sets in because there are notices in the place to tow vehicles if it is not authorized! So I contacted Vacasa again, and the lady who treated me very rudely and unempathetically simply told me that I had no solution with the other 2 vehicles, with the stress of not sleeping and with fear that the vehicles would be towed, I called Vacasa again. vacasa, the next person was able to locate a parking lot where I could park with fear too, because the parking space belongs to another hotel, in conclusion I came to de-stress and with you I added more stress thank you

It was what we expected. There are minor issues with the bathroom handle that needed fixing and the shower curtain rod. Asides from these minor hiccups, everything was great.

We loved the pool and grounds, property has a cute bridge over a pond full of turtles and also has an area for dogs. Vacasa of FL was super responsive with issues we had, so quick and friendly! The condo itself really really needs a remodel. The condo was clean but not much the cleaner can do about the dirty old carpet. If you need to vacation on a budget this condo is ok but you get what you pay for.

Unit needed new tv in master bedroom, master bathroom needs higher toilet and one more towel rack and hand towel rack; guest bath could use two additional towel racks. Overall very nice.

Property was as advertised, 2 bed, 2 bath. Wifi worked good and had no issues on our stay with it since we were there for business. The only negative is 1 parking space and no help from property manager in understanding where we could park our 2nd work vehicle. Always make sure you check the lock on your way out since there is no key!

The 2 bedroom suite was very close to the airport and the pool was very nice. Unfortunately the carpet was VERY wet in a bedroom and we were told the toilet had overflowed due to previous guests. The resolution consisted of a fan and a dehumidifier but NOT an actual cleaning. Cleanliness overall was otherwise fine but the smell and the water was disgusting.

Sleeping arrangements were comfortable except for the constant noise all night from the fan? The toilet in one of the bathrooms would spit water after each flush- kinda gross. The rest of the facility was dated but still nice, pool was really great and the facility staff was wonderful

The carpet is very dirty and full of dog hair. The outlets doesn't work correctly, the refrigerator leaned off to the side like it's missing a few wheels, the beds are horrible to sleep on very hard and tipping to the bottom side. Both toilets over flows not once but twice. The porch table legs are rusty out and lots of rust stained are on the tile. The iron surface was very black and doesn't work we had to call for new one. The pool water is very cloudy. This place should honestly be a zero rating and I would highly recommend not staying there. I whish I would upload photos for people to see. When the first bathroom was flooded in to the master bedroom we put towls down the dirt that came up from the carpet it's looks like the ground outside. This place is a very nasty dirty and Trifling.

Very nice property. Issues we found were that 1 elevator did not work all the time, TV did not have good color, toilet in hallway had problem flushing, bathroom sink in master was leaking.

We enjoyed our stay. The cable wasn’t working the first day, but the issue was resolved quickly. We were unaware the laundry room was out of order. We were there 4 nights so that would’ve been nice. Still, none of these things were worth dropping a star. Location was excellent. Close enough, but far enough! Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Unit had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Even with the holiday, the proximity to the airport wasn’t a bother at all. It was neat watching the planes take off/ land. Sunset was pretty too! Overall positive experience.

We had a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved by property management, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Only downside was we could’ve used 2 more higher seated chairs for the breakfast counter and the community laundry downstairs was out of order. Would’ve preferred to have a unit with a private washer/dryer so we wouldn’t have had to spend some time in a public laundry mat. Otherwise, the accommodations met our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place to stay away from all the tourist spots in Key West but close enough to venture out! Very comfortable for a family of 4 & the layout was nice with each bedroom being separated by the sitting area. Beds were comfortable, has an ice maker in the freezer, pool a few steps from the breezeway entrance, & elevators were a plus! The airport is in the backyard however for the 3 days we were there we did not hear any late night flights so it was not bothersome.
