Leuk modern verblijf

De kamer was mooi ingericht en lekker licht en modern. We werden door het personeel heel vriendelijk geholpen nadat een bed kapot was gegaan en kregen meteen een nieuwe. Ze waren bij de balie super vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was heel erg basis en klein en werd weinig bijgevuld. De keuze was relatief beperkt voor een buffet.

Sicher ist nicht alles perfekt aber alles in allem ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Frühstück und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Möbel sind sehr einfach, nicht hochwertig. Küchenzeile nicht gefliest, Fettflecken können natürlich nicht weggeputzt werden. Etwas hellhörig

Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet war.

Zum Frühstücksbuffet ist man in das Hotel gegangen. Der hintere Teil des Raumes war recht dunkel. Leider war an diesem Morgen das neue Geschirr am Buffet recht schmutzig.

Near the trainstation and city center. Enough parkingspace.

First got a room that was already in use. Parked my car where they point me. Only to be called the next day if i could move it while i was on a dagtrip.

It was a surprise to us when we were told that our things had been taken to another room from our room without prior not

It was a surprise to us when we were told that our things had been taken to another room from our room without prior notice. How it happened. We paid for the hotel room for two days, in the morning we said we wanted to extend for two more nights and said we would pay in the evening. We were told there was no problem and you could pay for the room later. But when we came back our things were thrown in a pile and taken out of the room. They didn't even clean the room. The worst part is that they didn't even clean the room. This is not customer care and disrespect. They could have called and told us that we had to pay within a certain time.

Nice hotel, less nice room

Nice high ceilinged rooms. Breakfast room also looked really nice

Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom smelled moldy and there was a leak on the floor.

Staff relaxed and friendly, a very practical hotel.

Practical and friendly, good inner city hotel at decent price. Good buffet breakfast, lots of space. Nice relatively private city view over rooves. There was a basic electric stove and fridge and microwave. V useful. Great teas and coffee on offer in room. Good large desk.

Was expecting a double room but got a huge studio with 2 extra beds, one in fact an impressive bunk double bed. Room sleeps 5. So as solo traveller I felt a bit strange there but safe.

A poor start, but it all ended well.

The location was good, the service was excellent. The reception was very warm and friendly.

We were given the keys to our room, but were disappointed to see that the bed was made up for 1 person only. The towel lying on the bed was wet and there were no towels in the bathroom. However, after telling the friendly receptionist, he immediately came with towels and a pillow and bed cover.
