De omgeving en locatie, de vriendelijke gedienstigheid en toewijding van het personeel en de kwaliteit van de restaurants

Beautiful property in the middle of a vineyard in Provence. Charming with an old castle, wine cellar. Michelin start restaurant with really great food.
Cool bar with board games. Staff was really nice especially the manager of the swimming pool. Cooking class with a professional kitchen
Equipment in the pool could be nicer (cheap umbrellas, not comfy beds etc). Property could be more taken care of: no more animals in the farm, no chickens, a lot of the plants dying. We were kicked out of the spa at 6.50pm because it was closing in a not very delicate way

The grounds of the hotel were the most beautiful place we have ever been. All the staff worked hard to make sure the stay was perfect. Dinner at the chef's table for Jardin De Berne was incredible. The cooking class with the Sous chef was a once in a lifetime experience. The spa and all the pools were ultimate relaxation.
The bisto was disappointing from a food quality, ambiance and service prospective. And the drinks /food were expensive at the pool (but delicious).

we had the tasting menu, which was recommended, that was lovely
the breakfast was very poor, not much selection. the bistro, we had our evening meal there me and my husband order the Rib Eye steak , you couldn't even eat it , when our plate was cleared it was still full, expected to be asked if there was a problem but nothing they just took it and cleared it away.

This is an excellent hotel - location , property and facilities were all first class. It was quieter than we expected but that was fine for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Very few hotels are perfect. Under a critical eye we felt 3 things could be improved. (1) A hotel of this quality and cost should provide free water - particularly by the pool- we were surprised to be charged. (2) Breakfast at nearly 40 Euros each was very restricted - twice we ran out of crossaints and the only ' to order " items were eggs - you had to guess when they would be cooked and then go and collect things like bacon, potatoes etc. So much better would be a short al la carte menu for cooked breakfast items which could be delivered together - the pre cooked items were often only luke warm at best ( and if you went too early would be stone cold when the eggs arrived and vice versa ) and whilst a toaster was provided the only bread took the form of small rolls that couldn't be toasted ! (3) Finally the hotel didn't run any shuttles into nearby Lorgues - they organised a cab but that was 110 Euros return which made supper out very expensive - again we have stayed at similar quality hotels where a shuttle or car is usually provided free of charge.

-good spa service, enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi
-friendly staff
-incredible scenery
-good wine
in the morning, there were often people knocking at my door at 9am while I was sleeping. I’m not sure if it’s room service or what, but it’s very noisy.
the restaurants are kinda limited in winter. there could be more variety for people who stay longer.
the hotel should provide free fruit for customers daily

perfect location , amazing food , great staff

The starred Michelin restaurant was very nice.
The staff at the shop that’s on the other side of the hotel but belongs to the hotel, was very unfriendly. They need to work on that to not treat you like a tourist that wants to get a free taste of wine.

An amazing bed with incredible views
There was nothing to complain.

Very nicely refurbished French farm , with options for dining, a nice pool area .
Room was large with big bathroom . All very well appointed.
With a separate wine tasting facility, which was not explained on check in and we missed the Full experience, wine was available to taste at the counter, but not a full tour.
We also arrived early and were told the room is not quite ready, understandable. We were offered to sit around the pool, which we did and had some lunch, but when we still had not heard by 5.00 pm , we went to reception and was told our room would be another 20/30 mins so a little frustrating. I just wanted to get to our room.

The setting, the pool, the spa, breakfast (although very expensive). Bearing in mind the cost of the rooms, it would have been nice if it were included.
The housekeeping in our bedroom was so bad I had to complain on three occasions (something I almost never do). Toiletries weren’t replaced, bedclothes weren’t folded. We didn’t dine in the Michelin starred restaurant, but elsewhere food choices were limited. Moreover, one light lunch took 90 minutes to arrive and the menus are limited. Breakfast was our best meal. This is a hotel with 5 star facilities in a 5 star setting, let down by poor attention to detail, including coffee in paper cups by the pool.

The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful. You're truly immersed in nature. The facilities are great and very well kept. The Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel is exceptional. Wine tasting experience was very enjoyable.
Rooms are very noisy. Overall the service is very poor... Had to call room service several times as no one came to clean up the food hours later. The housekeeping is also not attentive. Service at the pool (food and drinks) is very slow and disorganized. With better service, the hotel could improve significantly.

We found the quality of the food in the bistro so-so. The service was excellent though.

Everything was perfect, almost magic. We stayed in the "Castel" side and it was an amazing experience. Staff was phenomenal and services were top notch. Highly recommend relaxing in the spa for a couple of hours and then enjoy a dinner in Michelin-starred Le Jardin de Berne, a truly unique dining experience.
Everything was perfect, nothing specific to complain about. Perhaps if I want to be picky, I would say the weakest point is Le Bistrot restaurant - menu is very limited (especially for vegetarians like me) and personnel could be improved.

Beautiful setting, extremely comfortable and wonderful staff. We also loved the cats! The restaurant was very beautiful and we enjoyed the food and the lovely service.
We found the dining options though wonderful a little bit constrained and a bit formal. The bistro was not open and the menu choices in the Jardin were quite limited.
