When we arrived, room number 2 was a complete disaster. No one had cleaned the room after the previous guests left and we found dirty bed sheets, used towels, dirty floor, used and smelly wine glasses and the garbage can was full. It is the first time that I have had such a bad experience. We couldnt talk with the reception people beacause it was late and it was closed.
Since we didn't want to sleep with dirty bed sheets, we had to sleep using our own towel as the botton bed sheet and nothing to cover us so we have freezed during this night. Of course we could not take a shower since the towels were dirty and our towel was indecent after the night.
It has been the worst experience we've ever had in a hotel.

Nice Hotel and Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was very nice. Pluspoints. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall good value.
The mattress was a basic foam mattress, looked new. However, I didn't like it and didn't sleep well in it. That's the only thing, I didn't like.

Landhaus Stümpelstal is in such a great environment. The room was clean and perfect for one night. The staff is also super kind.
I cannot mention really anything. Maybe the bus comes to the neighbourhood only once in every hour, but its not really the Landhaus’s fault.

We got a free upgrade because the other building was overbooked. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was awesome. We all enjoyed our food, service, and rooms.

Didn't have any breakfast.
It was fine as it was. There was nothing not to like.
