Great ski condo location, restful place to crash after a hard day on the slopes. In floor heating and elevator are very nice. Great view of Gore range & Buffalo Mtn. Some maintenance is needed but nothing to detract from the enjoyment of the condo.

Nothing to love. From a sink that leaks to pots with encrusted food and an oven that barely worked. That, not to mention having to drive two miles from unit to pick up and return keys, during a snowstorm and from a lockbox located on the back of a dark building in an insecure location with a three foot snowdrift to wade through.

The check in process is awful. I was told to get the key from a lock box at the Vacasa office. The key was not in the lock box and no one in the office had any idea what I was talking about. The room is in a great location but it is FRIGID. I had to crank the heat to 85 and turn on the fireplace to get it warm at all.

Memorial Weekend
Worked out really well. Super convenient location in Dillon town center, a short walk to the Marina/Amphitheater, drive or bike to Silverthorne, Frisco, and a short drive to Keystone, and A-Basin. Parking for multiple cars and right on the bus line both were real nice features.

Cute but some issues
Condo has a beautiful view and convenient to downtown Dillon and the local ski areas. The ceiling fans could not be used due to an inch of thick dust on the blades. The tub drained extremely slowly - enough to be standing in ankle deep water while showering. Reported to management so hopefully they will address.

Carpet needs replacement.
There was no hair dryer.
Parking was easy and convenient.
Dinnerware was chipped and needs replacement.
Good location.

Dillon Commons
Liked the location, the view was of mountains, not the lake, but it was close to shopping and transportation.

It was okay, but just okay
It's very clean and easily accessible. Location is great, a short drive from Keystone and Breckenridge. But...it's poorly equipped, with few cooking pots, pans, and utensils. No additional amenities found at many other short-term rentals, like spices, coffee, tissues. Temperature was hard to control, probably because of it's location on the top floor of building with much (overheated) public space.

Clean and Convenient
The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean with a spacious living room and bath. The bedroom was a bit small and didn’t have drawers, but we put our clothes in the drawers under the TV. The heated floors were nice after a full day of skiing and it was close to all the resorts

Nice little condo. Instructions could have been clearer
Nice little condo. We had trouble finding it because it’s on the 3rd story above commercial buildings. If the directions had said it that it would have been very helpful.
Also there was only 1 blanket in the condo so I was a little cold.
Also. The key box was at another location across town, but there was a key box next to the door too. So it seems to me we could have skipped the driving across town step.
Other then that very nice little condo.

Very Nice Condo
Good condo in central Dillon location. If you are not interested in resort-type amenities (pool, hot tub, etc.), it is a good value for a clean, well-decorated apartment. The "bedroom" is in an alcove, but it is not a true bedroom with a door for privacy. The mattress on the pull-out couch has memory foam - much more comfortable than the average pull-out mattress. Radiant heating in floors is quiet and comfortable. No issues with availability of parking in front of the building. Very short walk to local restaurants.

Great property!
Fully enjoyed my stay in Dillon Commons. Wonderful location. Beautiful views of Buffalo Mountain from the deck. Furnished nicely, including washer and dryer. I would definitely stay there again.

clean and cozy - great value!
I stayed here while my daughter was attending a ski camp at Loveland Basin over the Thanksgiving holiday. Super clean, very cozy, and beautiful mountain views every morning! Loved the fireplace, and washer/dryer definitely a plus. Great location - walking distance to all that Dillon has to offer, shuttle stop across the street, and easy drive to all of Summit County's great ski resorts and shopping in Silverthorne minutes away. Very quiet, although only 2 mountains had opened due to lack of snow at the time. It really is a studio with a wall divider - since I was alone it was fine. My daughter spent one night with me and we discovered that the pull-out sofa has a memory foam mattress and is suberb! She was in heaven in front of the fireplace after a week of ski race training. Best part was the price for this unit was less than staying in one of the local hotels!! Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous mountain views
We enjoyed our stay, very quiet despite overlooking Main St in Dillon. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The unit was nicely decorated and plenty spacious for 2 people.

great views
The most important amenity for me is the bed which was not that good. A cheap mattress with an egg crate on top of it doesn't make for a great night of sleep. For me the egg crate makes me hot and sweaty. The pillows were way too soft. I had to stack three on top of one another to gain any firmness. Around 5:30am you will hear a thumping sound which sounds like it's coming from the heating pipes somewhere but it definitely woke me up. Other than that the place was really nice. Everything worked fine and the views were awesome.

Great location to get to different ski areas in a short amount of time!
The condo unit was good. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view of town, the mountains, and a bit of Lake Dillon. The condo itself was clean, very comfortable and a good place to chill out after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to do some cooking. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer. One of the biggest selling points is the location. There are tons of places to eat in the area, some walking distance, and City Market is close by for groceries. All of the primary ski areas are nearby; this includes Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. All in all it was a good experience, I would stay here again.

Good place to stay downtown Dillon
Convenient location downtown Dillon, clean and comfortable. Best part is heated floors - no sticking cold feet in your boots to start out the day! Would definitely recommend for 2-4 people hitting the slopes for a few days.
