Tranquilo y familiar

Es muy lindo, amplio buen desayuno !

El restaurante dentro del hotel es súper costoso y no atienden bien pero es el personal del restaurante como tal. Nos vendieron un arroz vinagre.

Schönes, aber sehr lautes Hotel

Tolle neue Unterkunft mit einem Viewpoint und Restaurant. Der Pool und das Frühstück waren super. Sehr modern

Unglaublich laut! Bis 2 Uhr morgens hat die Musik nebenan so laut gespielt als ob es bei uns im Zimmer wäre. Harte Matratzen. Sehr laute Türen (knallen zu). Obwohl es dort sehr schön ist, konnten wir bis zwei Uhr morgens nicht einschlafen. Am Pool war bis Mitternacht Halligalli.

Maravillosa volvería siempre !

Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, Excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno, el servicio, la limpieza, las instalaciones excelentes. Hay que aprovechar visitar el mirador el restaurante, piqueteadero, café de postres y bar, súper vista, música en vivo. Se encuentra dentro de la misma zona pero a distancia suficiente para no interrumpir el descanso. El tour del café fue lo mejor sugiero hacerlo vale la pena la caminata es espectacular, senderos hermosos, recolección de café y Jose nos hizo un recorrido agradable, donde aprendimos y con mucha dedicación excelente anfitrión ! El personal super amable el servicio de laundry super efectivo en pocas horas !

Como recomendación, aprovisionarse de alimentos para la noche. Después de las 8:00 no consigues ningún tipo de servicio de comidas, ni en el restaurante porque cierran a las 9 pero no toman más pedido después de esa hora, ni comida disponible en en hotel, por su ubicación lejana (montaña arriba) no sabes si llegan domicilios y debes aprovisionarte si tienes niños o personas que necesita. Alimentación constante.

A place with a pretty view

This is a beautiful location. They have a nice shared space to sit and enjoy the scenery. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice ceiling fan in the room that kept us cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. We did the coffee tour and it was very hands on which our kids liked. The coffee was delicious. It is a little outside of town so it would be easier to have a car at this location. Overall, a nice place to stay.

A home away from home

I honestly didn’t want to leave this hotel, it is a home away from home where the staff make you feel so welcome. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and the hotel facilities are excellent with pool and jacuzzi.

It isn’t made clear that the restaurant/ bar are not on the same property as the hotel but this isn’t really an issue as they are extremely close. You can also take one of the regular buses into Santa Rosa or a very cheap taxi.

The staff was friendly, the ground and scenery were beautiful, it had a really nice jacuzzi.

A dreamy property that one should not miss!

The property was SO beautiful that we felt like having a honey moon here: dreamy covered patio overlooking swimming pool and coffee field, tasteful decor and attentive staff. The food of the restaurant was of fine dining quality. We also took the coffee tour which was much better than the ones in Cuba or other farms that we had been to.

The restaurant was located 500m away from the hotel in an complex with a bakery and a bar. it was a beautiful property but just not directly connected to the. hotel itself.

wonderful place to stay!

I like everything about this property … the beautiful outdoor terraza where we had delicious breakfast… the pool , the jacuzzi, the lobby…the coffee…the wonderful service and caring for us!!!

The hotel is quiet, the landscaping is beautiful and the views from the terrace are amazing. Everyone is kind and helpful. And I like the dog.

The road that the hotel is on is in poor condition. However, for secondary roads in Colombia, that is not unusual.

Good

Generally we had a very nice time. The location is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The Jacuzzi was very nice, the pool was nice but its not heated unfortunately. The coffee tour was excellent, I would recommend it, you get to see the whole farm and learn a lot about how coffee is produced. We paid 50.000 pesos, about $14/15 each.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. I think it would be nice to add a little more variety. We had eggs everyday with fruit and arepa which was nice. But it would have to see a menu with some other choices. If the weather is hot, over 27/28 degrees I think the pool would be great, but if its not that hot the pool will feel a bit cold.

Nice little coffee finca, good but bit overpriced

The location of this small Finca is stunning. It feels cozy and the terrace with some nice couches and the adjacent swimming pool are inviting. It is a pretty relaxed and quite place. And you can mingle easily with the few other guests. We liked it so we booked a second night. It would also give us the opportunity to join a nice and very well guided coffee tour at the Finca itself. We were only with our family and the guide. Cool. The tour is not included, it is quite expensive but worth it. It is not really a hotel, as the staff mostly is in the other building. In the central space and near the pool you will hardly see staff. It's not a big deal, but if feels more like a larger b&b. If you need anything you'll need to cross the yard. The owner and her staff serve simple dinners. The laundry service is excellent and very affordable. Good and safe parking.

- Rooms for a family with 2 kids were a bit small. The shower was good, but the water flushed slowly so you would have it rise to your ankles. - It can be a bit noisy. All rooms are facing a central space. Thin walls. - Wifi was very bad a times. In the rooms almost non existing. The router was placed at the wrong side of the building. Should have been in the central space. The owner, a sweet and friendly lady, said she would check it.
