Amazing Penthouse Apartment, in an ideal location, overlooking the picturesque Moraira Marina and enjoying Spectacular Sea Views, Calpe Rock, and Mountains. As this beautiful apartment is South facing it has the pleasure of enjoying all day sun during the winter and summer months. Recently renovated in the last year to a very high standard, with marble floor tiles throughout, two new modern bathrooms and a new open plan modern kitchen with all new appliances including a new fridge and a new oven. Just bought in December 2022 are new furnishings in the lounge, sofas and coffee tables . Also new are the Swedish high quality beds in the two double bedrooms. Sleeps 4 persons. An elevator takes you directly to the entrance door of the apartment. When entering the apartment there is an entrance hall, then through into the dining room / lounge where you will be stunned by the amazing sea views you see immediately from all the windows and the full size glass balcony doors.. This beautiful apartment has two double bedrooms, two new modern bathrooms, one full bathroom with large shower, the other with toilet and wash hand basin. A large living room and dining room with a good sized private sun terrace / balcony enjoying amazing Sea and Marina Views, Calpe Rock, and the surrounding mountains . The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the lounge / dining room. Installed is free high speed Fibre Internet, and an internet TV system providing a large selection of T.V channels in many languages. From this beautiful apartment you are in a perfect location for walking to the two blue flag beaches, one being the pretty El Portet Bay, the other Moraira large town centre beach. Within 2 minutes you can walk to the many shops, restaurants and bars. A private parking space in the underground garage for a small car is also available.

We were looking for somewhere In the middle of Moraira near a beach for my wife, somewhere to snorkel for me and not too far from the shops so elderly dad could walk there and this was perfect. The apartment was modern and well furnished and had good facilities including a big tv with uk channels available, so great for the Olympics. Aircon was great when needed and there were excellent ceiling fans in bedrooms and comfy beds. Paula, the lady who met us couldn’t have been more helpful.
One thing I would recommend is that if you are hiring a car, get a small one. We were upgraded to a Citroen C3 and it was a bit nerve wracking at first getting in and out of the car park, but you get used to it. I saw a BMW estate in there so it can be done with bigger.
Apart from that, nothing but praise!

All the comforts for a relaxing time exploring this area with beaches, vistas and food. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. Paula knows all about the area and is very helpful and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant Enzo is only a 3 minute walk. Could not imagine a finer place for us while on the Costa Blanca.

We spent three relaxed weeks in Moraira. The apartment is spacious and includes everything you need. The balcony is especially great when you get weather which is not ideal for the beach (which one should expect in April). You can still spend time “outside” and enjoy the phantastic view. The location in the center of the village is perfect to go out in the evenings without using the car.

This apartment is by far the best we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot over the years and around the world…
The apartment is very clean and tidy and very up to date, it has everything you need for a holiday.
All the furniture and furnishings are new, clean, comfortable and very modern.
The views..Wow..sitting on the balcony overlooking the Marina is pure heaven, it is beautiful and quiet.
The location is top class, just minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, in fact everything you would need.
The garage is a tight squeeze and as recommended a small car is essential, although there are places to park within minutes of the apartment.
The excellent beach is only minutes away by foot, and what a beautiful beach it is, very clean and quiet.
Paula, the property manager/host is brilliant, she is extremely helpful, friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable about Moraira, any problems or questions, she is only a WhatsApp call away, and Paula responds really quickly.
All in all we had an excellent relaxing holiday and loved it so much that we have already booked for three weeks next year…can’t wait.

The apartment was clean & had all that we needed for our stay. It’s best feature was definitely its location & the stunning sea views. The perfect spot to get out and about around Moraira with everything we wanted to see/do within easy walking distance. Paula was very helpful, made the check in/out process very easy & offered her recommendations on places to eat/drink. All in all, despite a bit of unsettled weather on a couple of days we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

On the 4th floor, Very light, clean apppartment. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, seperate toilet, in te center of Moraira. All restaurants and bars in 5 minutes walk. You can see Calpe, the Castle and a big part of Moiraira from the balcony. The foto’s on internet are correct.

This apartment is perfect. The photos do not do justice to the spectacular view, with the marina on one side of the building and the mountains on the other. The location is quiet but also very convenient. There is a cut-through just down the road which takes you right into the centre of town, near to the church.
The apartment is clean and spacious with all facilities, including the main UK TV channels as well and many other international ones.
Paula is a wonderful host, with clear communication beforehand and a great welcome on arrival. She was always helpful with any queries throughout our stay and really did help to make the whole holiday run smoothly. We will be back!

Amazing stay, as always…
We had another amazing stay and as always Paula gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed, including bringing me a hairdryer on a Sunday when the one usually in the apartment was missing. We will be back as soon as we possibly can.

Beautiful apartment in such a stunning place! We loved every minute here and did not want to leave! The apartment was so clean and spacious. The beds and the furniture were so comfortable everything about the apartment was gorgeous. The location was superb and the views from the apartment stunning. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one because everywhere in Moraira is walkable and on your doorstep. We used the local taxi service for going further afield around the coast which was extremely reasonable. Paula was always on hand if we needed anything and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is so approachable and a mine of information! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bird’s eye view of Moraira
Beautiful apartment with wonderful views right in heart of Moraira a few minutes walk from everything. Very comfortable, modern, light and airy. Only grumble - no comfortable lounging chairs to take advantage of the balcony and the wonderful views - just a large dining table and chairs which we never used and took up space.

Tolle Lage, etwas zu teuer
Die Lage mitten im Ortskern und mit tollem Blick auf den Yachthafen, das Meer und den Ifach ist kaum zu schlagen.
Paula Hilton hat wie immer alles super geregelt und ist auch immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat.
Leider haben sich die Vermieter dazu entschieden, den Preis immer weiter in die Höhe zu treiben, so dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr so ganz passt.
Negativ aufgefallen ist auch die sehr oberflächliche Reinigung (was bei dem Preis, den man als Mieter hierfür zusätzlich zahlt, nicht wirklich akzeptabel ist). Ebenfalls negativ fanden wir das mehr als dürftige Equipment mit den Kleinigkeiten des Alltags. Es ist nicht einzusehen, dass man als Mieter eines recht teuren Apartments auch noch Putzlappen und Geschirrspül- bzw. Wachmaschinentabs kaufen muss. Dafür gibt es einen Abzug.

This is a beautiful apartment, perfectly situated above the marina, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views and easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
It's beautifully furnished and has everything you need for the perfect holiday.
We couldn't fault it in any way and would definitely stay again.

Great view!
This apartment sold itself on the balcony view and location to the seafront both of which were great.
The property was clean and light in the lounge area. Bathrooms were good. Kitchen was very well equipped. The beds however left a lot to be desired. They were just bed bases with mattress toppers which were stained and extremely uncomfortable. The bed linen was also less than crisp white and fresh.
There were only 1 set of towels each got a 10 day stay and when we enquired about a change the answer was to wash the ones we had been left. Not quite what we wanted to be doing on holiday.
There was no change of bed linen either.

Muy buena estancia
La casa era súper cómoda, el suelo de mármol beis... Aire acondicionado aunque no lo pusimos a penas ya que la casa es fresca(si mantienes la corredera grande de la terraza cerrada😊).

la cocina y la casa en general es muy moderna y cómoda. Nos ha encantado.. Yo tenía más ganas de estar sentado tranquilamente en el sillón súper cómodo del salón viendo las vistas que bajar a la playa... Tienen además una torre de música Bluetooth muy agradable. Vamos que me ha encantado todo. El parking no lo hemos utilizado ya que fuera esperando un rato siempre se liberó un sitio. También hay un parking enorme gratuito a 200metros..

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum mit Blick auf das Meer
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt und ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist optimal im Zentrum mit super Aussicht. Restaurants und Geschäfte alle in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Den einen Strand erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten, denn andern in ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung liegt jedoch trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Price increase becomes an issue but for this year we were very satisfied.

we had most enjoyable stay for our first visit to moraira. the apartment was exactly as described clean, modern, spacious and very well maintained. views from balcony stunning, joy to get up to breakfast and relaxing at night overlooking marina. apartment is easy walking to marina, beaches, shops and restaurants. Paula welcomed us on arrival and was very informative and helpful about the area and places of interest would recommend and book again if returning to moraira, which is very likely as whole experience was first class. Beautiful apartment and superb location.

Top class apartment - amazing views!
Just got home from a wonderful week in this apartment. I am a single mum and stayed with my two young sons (6 & 9 yrs) it really worked for us.
My early mornings were spent on the balcony soaking up the amazing views. It really was a tonic! I also enjoyed hanging my washing on roof terrace - spectacular views of the town from up there!
Paula was fantastic right from the word go when I was emailing her with enquiries. Very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you could need.
As mentioned by previous holiday makers in the reviews there is underground parking for a small car. It is VERY tight. I had a Ford Focus and that was about the limit. Tests your driving skills!! Is good to have parking though and I quickly got used to it.
Apartment is walking distance to supermarkets/beach/shops and loads of lovely bars and restaurants.
We would definitely go back.

Schön gelegene große Wohnung
Traumhafter Blick auf den Yachthafen und den Ifach.
Überdachter Balkon, der es ermöglichst, auch bei schlechterem Wetter draußen zu sitzen oder bei zu großer Hitze eine schattigen Platz zu haben.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen relativ weit auseinander, so dass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört.
Bäder sind neu renoviert und sehr modern. Die Küche ist etwas älter, tut es aber noch. Sie soll wohl 2018 ebenfalls renoviert werden.
Ein halber Stern Abzug, da vor allem die Küchenutensilien nicht perfekt sauber waren, allerdings wurde hier durch die Verwaltung zügig nachgebessert.

Great Views , right in Town
Nice apartment, great views from the Naya, Paula was very helpful with my questions, don't hire a big car if the underground parking is to be used its a bit tight, also the description states two bathrooms but really it's one bathroom and one cloakroom, the TV has some English language channels but not British TV like BBC etc . Large flat, lovely location, fantastic views.
Great flat, 2 minutes from the centre and the front. 5 minutes from the main beach. Lovely walk, via shortcut, to El Portet.
Terrace covered (great for us as it rained a lot) with fantastic views. Lovely beds, great shower. Underground parking very tight. If you are hiring a car then the smaller the better. Kitchen basic but loads of restaurants within a few minutes.

Loved it!
Location could not have been better! The apartment gets great breezes and was so comfortable for our three kids. Paula was fantastic and clued us in to El Portet beach, which is not as crowded and great for snorkeling. Seven days was not enough!

Amazing Week Away!
We have just returned from an amazing weeks holiday in Moraira. The views in this apartment are breathtaking! This apartment offers a central location but without the late night noise in town. As a family of 5 we had so much space, although in the older part of town the apartment is fitted with aircon and has a dishwasher!
It's an easy walk to the beach in the daytime and lots of restaurants and bars in the evening. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends that love to visit Moraira and I'm sure we will be back again soon.
