Nice apartment with great facilities on site.

Overall, the apartment and location is really great, but when using the general facilities we did not have a great exper

Rooms were spacious and location was great. Apartment all kitchen utilities, towels and bedding.

Unfortunately, the staff are not welcoming and do not have a smile on their faces. Also the pool rules are very annoying particularly with young children. No jumping in the pool at all which we weren’t told beforehand and floats can only be used at certain times which makes the pool heavily congested. Also pool sun loungers aren’t guaranteed so best to get to the pool early. We used the indoor pool the last couple of days as it was so hot. Hardly anyone was using it but again an issue for my 3 year old to jump in and then after 5pm we were told he could not access half the pool as it was only available for children over 14. No other people were in the pool so it didn’t even make sense.

Superb location in Alvor.

Amazing spacious apartment in a great resort. very good pools , not too crowded even in August. Super clean throughout . Friendly staff also. Great choice of bookings for local activities at reception and a great car hire service. Beach is 10-15 mn walk and Alvor downtown 15mn walk. Pl,enty of taxis and Uber when required.

The lack of a small shop with Bread, Milk etc on site . the local supermarket is 700m downhill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think that it was great value for money.

Apartment was very spacious with everything you could need while on holiday. Felt like a home away from home and enabled my whole family to enjoy a relaxing week in the sun. Plenty of facilities for us all to enjoy and pool area was lovely.

I only have one small negative which really only relates to my situation. Apartment was further away from the gate than I had imagined. I suffer from some foot problems and would have preferred an apartment a bit closer to the gate closest to the town.

Pleased with the accommodation, the staff attentiveness and the activities provided in the resort.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and looked aesthetically pleasing.

The air con unit in the master bedroom wasn’t working and the air con unit in the twin bedroom rattled when turned on.

The apartment was great, like home, clean, comfortable with well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, fluffy white towels, big comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the outside terrace with private gate to the gardens

I really enjoyed my holiday in Alto Club and hope to return next year.

I liked the spacious apartment. I liked its proximity to the town and beach

It was difficult to get sun loungers if you weren't up early . Some visitors reserved many loungers early in the morning and many of these were hardly used as children were in the pool or in their apartments for the majority of the day.

An incredible stay, would highly recommend

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. All of the facilities were there for our use which made things very easy for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A great location to, very near the pool and the reception area. In terms of the resort itself, very close to the main town and also the beach. Conveniently located so it was easy to get around on foot. The staff were also amazing, and catered to our every need, in particular the staff around the pool area were very attentive if you needed an extra chair or an umbrella they were happy to accommodate.

The safe didn’t work and the bulb in the hall was gone. Quite difficult to see when we returned home after an evening out

The condition of the water in the pool and the pool area has deteriorated since we were there 4 years ago left a physically bad taste in your mouth and alot of debris in the pools deep end

Everything about the Alto Club Apartments was excellent it was spotless the location so near the beach restaurants and bars everything in the apartment was supplied to the smallest detail we needed nothing. facilities were great something for all of us family of 5 16year old 19yr old and 21 year old all had choices. The staff are so helpful and friendly

There really is nothing I can say that i didn't like i was really impressed by our experience

we arrived late & we’re pointed in the direction not brought as it was late & dark, it took us quite a while to

the size & location was excellent

it would have been nice to have the option of twin beds in main ensuite bedroom. cleaners arrived an hr before we expected them & they were a little pushy telling us to go. the email said before 11am &!they knocked at 10 am

Lovely place to stay in Alvor

Fabulous location, the apartment was very well equipped. The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to be back in the area and I am sure we will stay here again

I didn’t find the receptionist particularly friendly, she was just too busy telling us what we mustn’t do! Yes, things are different at the moment, but everywhere else we went in Alvor and the surrounding area (restaurants, bars, etc) we were met with the usual enthusiastic welcome that we have come to love about the area and which brings us back time and time again.
