Exelent location

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The towels and bathrobes had stains. It looks like they don't use clorox or something strong to clean stains from makeup or dirty.

Estupendo como siempre!!! Maravilloso!

Me encanta el hotel!! ya había venido antes pero cada vez que regreso algo nuevo me sorprende. Hoy necesitaba hacer early check in lo cual solicite desde el momento de hacer la reserva, y afortunadamente fue posible y pude entrar a mi habitación antes de las 3pm. En esta ocasión estoy usando la sala de juntas con Coffe break y desayuno para poder atender a mis invitados y todo ha estado fabuloso!! La conectividad es muy buena y el espacio también. En esta ocasión me percate que el hotel acaba de cambiar las amenidades de los baños en la habitación y están deliciosas y huelen super rico. La ubicación es muy buena, afuera caminando hay varios restaurantes muy buenos como La matera, el Cabana y alcalde. Tengo que regresar el viernes y sin duda aquí estaré, espero en esta ocasión tener tiempo de usar la alberca.

la vez pasada me recibieron con una bebida deliciosa y refrescante de maracuyá! en esta ocasión no fue así, supongo por la hora en que llegamos.

Nettes Hotel in angenehmer Umgebung.

Geräumiges Zimmer, Austattung gut.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es nur einmal ein Frühstücksbuffet. Sonst mussten wir immer alles einzeln bestellen. Es gab nur den Americano Kaffee aus dem Kanister (keinen Espresso) Die Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand, aber die Lüftung war unglaublich laut und klang nach eingerostetem Ventilator. Die Rahmen der Balibetten am Pool brechen auseinander - nicht ungefährlich.

Viva Mexico!

All was great but the gentleman that works at night at the reception desk has the personality of a doorknob. Never said hello unless spoken to. Said hello to other staffers in Spanish and they would not reply. Should be a bit friendlier for working in a luxury hotel. Guys upstairs on fifth floor were awesome!!!

Disappointing for the money and staff re-negged on price quote.

Location was great for restaurants and what why we were there.

Room size was excellent but decor was dated and "tired". Room not as shown on the internet - needs to be redecorated. Did not eat breakfast here. We weren't sure when we checked in how long we would have to stay. As it turned out we needed to stay another 6 days. Would have stayed the extra 6 nights but they increased the rate even though we had been quoted a lower rate when we checked in in the event that we had to stay longer (and we did in the end). Glad we didn't stay. Found another hotel, considerably less expensive, breakfast included and more updated decor. Won't be back.

Relax, I passed a great time in a great cost

The room has almost everything in space, the pool was so relaxing with a great view, the breakfast was delicious, basically was like you have nearly the entire hotel for your partner and me, and the services view by staff was exceptional.

The only I don't like at all is they put food and drinks in your room, but it's not free, you should pay for them if you take any of them, Maybe you can use a vending machine instead of leaving them in the room food and drinks without any sense. Also, the Rib Eye was not good according to my likes.

A great stay at a small luxury hotel.

This is an exceptional hotel; small size but with a lot of details in the rooms and elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable and well decored. Amazing shower and bed.

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but I was promised a room within 30-40 min which turned out to be in excess of 90 min.

disappointment, sad to notice the drop of the hotel

the room had problems with the bathroom, we got to change to another room, the second one was dirty, no water pressure, a lamp in the bathroom did don work, the closet door did not work, there were fungi at the shower.

Enjoyed our stay a lot but they can do better

Great neighborhood for restaurants and getting around to the neighborhoods we enjoyed most. Was great to be able to soak in the sun in the roof.

Doors win the entry way and bathroom didn’t seem well thought out space wise and it was cumbersome to move around them when opening. Also didn’t like how shower water kept leaking out into main bathroom floor area. Espresso machines were very poor as it was too watery no matter how little or much water was used. also didn’t get very hot. The housekeepers walked in one day without knocking. We then made sure the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door the next day, but then they knocked in the morning anyway waking us up. We were there in Feb and the majority of the pool area was in the shade all day which was a bummer. we managed to get the only reclining chair h

Rooms with balconies are spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

It's a small quite hotel. Nice decorated.

A whole side of rooms is covered by a black curtain to avoid the construction of the next door building. The room was very dark all day. They should inform about this problem. Also, the pool area was closed for all five days of my staying (remodeling), nobody gave me information about this when I check in.
