Welcome to our beautiful, mountain retreat in Frisco, CO! Our condominium is located right by the shores of Lake Dillon with unobstructed, stunning views. The unit is on the 2nd floor so the views of the lake and mountains are gorgeous from every room in the condo, and especially from our amazing Trex deck overlooking it all.

Come and enjoy the mountain feel with beautiful furnishings and updated decor. The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed and it's own 50-inch, smart, flatscreen 4k HDTV. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over double), a queen bed, and TV for your viewing pleasure. Finally, the main room bodes it's own queen-size sofa sleeper, and 55-inch, Ultra 4K HDTV. We have a selection of dvds, games, books and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy, too!

Our kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. It is completely stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, including a spice rack and a Crock Pot. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Our unit also has a one-car, detached garage, and the complex has a parking lot.

The Lake Forest complex includes three, year-round-use, hot tubs and grills (for summer use).

Our condo is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Frisco. Frisco is in the center of Summit County and is known as ''Colorado's Playground''. Ski seven different ski areas (Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland), golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path (the Lake Dillon bike bath is directly across the street from the condo!), shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting. If you want to experience all that Summit County has to offer, Frisco is a great location to use as your home base.

We really enjoyed the Lake Forest condo. Great view of Dillon Lake, good location for restaurants and markets. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of BBQs to use. We got to see a double rainbow and a moose sighting our first weekend there! Traffic noise was not an issue when sliding doors are closed. Thank you for a great stay!

The place had a great view of the lake and mountains. The owners were great to work with as well. We really enjoyed the space / community. I will say that if you are looking for wildlife, you have to go out on some trails or something because this condo is located right off a main road and though that is VERY convenient for maneuvering around town it doesn't bring many critters around. All in all my family had a nice time there and look forwardto going back sometime! . It really is a lovely place!.

We have used VRBO for over 10 years. This was the BEST rental experience we have ever had. This made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The condo was wonderful. Pros: VIEW is unbeatable! There was a super moon during our visit. It was amazing. Condo is clean, well stocked, nice furniture, great location, roomy hot tubs, ample grills available, and all kinds of extra things included from the owner. I appreciate not having to buy cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, ziplock bags, shopping bags, and toilet paper. Owners even left a welcome basket! Cons: There is some road noise. However, even with the windows open this did not bother us. We will definitely rent here again.

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were very responsive and provided everything we needed. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for our ski days at Copper. The kids loved the games that were provided and the hot tub was a huge hit with them!! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Condo location is great, beautiful views, clean, well stocked, hot tub access is right across from the unit and comfortable bedding. Second floor unit, so you do hear the upstairs neighbor when they are home, but definitely nothing that was too bad. Highly recommend for a family or group of 4-6 people! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Besides an ideal location to jump on 70 and be at any of the resorts in no time, the view overlooking Lake Dillon in a very comfortable environment as well as the other amenities will insure an amazing time. Kristie was very accessible and helpful in guiding us to good meals and answer any questions we had. 5+ stars for sure!

Kristie was amazing. Property was fully stocked with any and everything you need. Was so nice to have what we needed and not have to run out and get the small things. Coffee, salt and pepper, zip locks and plastic containers. She had plenty of laundry detergent... Beautiful view and condo was clean, warm and inviting. Just like coming home.

I’ve been using VRBO to rent places several times a year for over 25 years. This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented. From the location, to the cleanliness , to the comfort of all the furniture and the ease of check in, everything was as good as it gets. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms have humidifiers to ease the adjustment of us Florida low landers to the dry, cold air. Whether you are adults or a family of up to six, this place is perfect. I’ll be looking to book here for any future ski or fishing trip to the area.

It was such an amazing view from the deck ! Place was very clean, beds were very comfy and there was lots to do near by. I took my 16 and 17 year old and they enjoyed the view , the shopping and hiking close by.

A nice condo. Well stocked kitchen, we prepared several meals and had everything we needed.. The owners have went out of their way to make their guests comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible. We spent alot of time out there.

We loved everything about our stay in Frisco. The location made it easy to get to all the trails. The place had everything we needed to cook our meals and even a fun basket welcoming us to their place. We arrived just a little early and the owner was quick to return our call and let us in. The balcony over looking the mountains and the lake were absolutely beautiful. Our whole family loved this place! You won’t regret staying here!

My Mom and I rented the condo for a few days and it was just fantastic. The location was perfect and in close proximity to town and all the surrounding areas of interest and attractions. The lake views were gorgeous and the interior is spacious, yet well appointed and spotless. I highly recommend. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating. Bravo!

This condo in Frisco is perfectly located for all ski or tourism destinations. It is perfect for a family of 4-6. The condo is very well kept and has an amazing view from the balcony. And the hot tubs are right out your front door! The owners, Charlie and Kristie are very friendly, attentive and available for anything you need. If you're coming to the area, I highly recommend this property.

Our family stayed at this condo for a long ski weekend. The hosts handled every little detail from booking to check out. They were prompt and informative with what the condo offered and it exceeded our expectations. Lots of nice little touches and the condo has everything you might need for a comfortable stay - garage, 3 hot tubs conveniently located, easy access and well equipped kitchen. When we return to the mountains we would definitely try to book this unit again.

Wonderful condo! Very clean! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Ski/Mountain decor was great. Well stocked kitchen. Family loved the hot tubs and playing games at the dining table after skiing. Great location with beautiful views of Dillon Lake and the mountains.

My buddy and I stayed with our ladies for a week of skiing. The Frisco location is great as we all have Epic passes that allows us to ski at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and more. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The condo has fantastic views of Lake Dillion, and is only minutes from Downtown Frisco. The unit is well laid out with plenty of room in all areas. With just a short set of stairs down to the front door, it was perfect for my parents. I would definitely stay here again!
