Tasty and varied breakfast
No cleaning every morning, no picking up the rubbish.
At breakfast if you can't go down to the restaurant or you want to eat in your room you can't because the hotel policy doesn't allow you to take your food, for which you pay 16 euro/day, to your room.
No bathroom cleaning products for each person in the room
If you did not pay for the all inclusive and want to have dinner at the hotels restaurant you have to pay 35 euro.

Pools and beach
The waitresses look miserable and they find it hard to smile
4.5
very clean, the outside (pools, gardens, etc) are fantastic. 3 pools, 2 slides. on-site actives for kids and adults. spacious apartments. very nice staff.
horrible beds, really the worst ones I have had for some time now. the rooms are somehow outdated - needs re-polishing.
4.0
Food was plenty and varied from day to day. Decent quality.
The room was clean and had all we needed: iron, ironing board, kettle, electric stove, fridge, AC, hair dryer.
There was also a washing machine which proved very useful for our longer stay. The room was cleaned everyday.
The staff was helpful and welcoming with a minor exception, detailed below.
The pools and water slides were great for the kids.
They organized a lot of activities for kids.
Our soap in the room finished after 4 or 5 days; we asked for another and the reception said it is not possible... Say whaaat??!
I did not like the smell of the liquid shower gell/shampoo. It was the most horrible smelling one I have seen. This should be more neutral.
There was a free dinner offered which we had to book at one of the restaurants they offered. We wanted to book it on Monday evening, and found out on Saturday that Sunday and Monday are not working days for those restaurants; also, we had to book one day in advance, so Saturday was also not possible. I don't know if it was true. I just accepted and went on, I had plenty of food anyway. But it left me wondering what else could I have tried and missed.
I didn't like that Russian tourists are allowed to come. I would simply forbid them in the country.
Lastly, maybe it was bacteria/viruses from the sea, from the food, from the tables or from all of them. But for 3 days out 7 I had a crazy amount of vomit and bad stools. Since none in the group had it as well, I have no idea what caused it and it is unfair to blame the hotel. They were cleaning the tables after everyone and the food seemed mostly fine. But you can imagine it left me void of the good feeling. I've heard many roumors about waste water being dumped in the sea. If true, that might be it. But I can only suspect.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and has 3 swimming pools (with slides ) which is so good if you have kids, everything is close and you don’t need to go for a long distance. Food is very good, you have a variety of options and is very tasty! Everything is clean and you have a feeling that you are at home.
Wi-Fi connection is very bad.

- very clean
- great AC
- superb food
- great beach for kids
- evening disco/dance/singing could be way too loud if your balcony is at a sea side (Block F) is at 20.30 and 21.30

A lot of facilities in the complex & animation activities
Close to the beach
Nice view & well maintained compound
Friendly & helpful staff
Room dusty, cleaning could use an improvement
Food medium quality
Adult drinks not included in Full Board (not even coffee at lunch & dinner)
No private beach

View from balcony exceptional, and general cleanliness of complex outstanding.
Short of a few self catering items. Non stick pans would be handy🤔
4.5
Excellent facilities huge bedroom staff very helpful. Food was good.
Cleaners very loud at 9am every morning. Little bit of a walk to sunny beach.

There are wide varieties of delicious foods (breads, rice, pasta, soups, meats, fish, saladas, fruits, cakes, ice-creams, and so on) every day. We stayed three days with full-board, but we enjoyed different kinds of meals every time.
Coffee is complimentary only for in the morning.

Food, staff, cleaning, pools.
Juice quality can be improved.

Exceptional staff especially in the Tasty restaurant, so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing hats off to the Chef. Superb experience. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
Maybe a little bit far from the main strip, but that has its positives too

very clean, good stuff and very good food and fresh 💯💯💯

Hotel is situated in the north part of the resort, a bit far from the center of Sunny Beach. The stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool, the close beach and the closed parking. Large studio, equipped with everything you would need for your stay.
Even though the room is equipped with the expected necessities, they are cheap/basic models. Even the furniture is visibly old and frail. The walls are thin (we could hear our "neighbors" when they went to the bathroom..). The beach in front is small, but for some reason the sunbeds are almost double the price here, compared to the central beach (24lv vs 13 lv)

All Inclusive
The Staff
The WI FI was horrible in the first two days.
The hot water boiler was empty so quickly, we didn’t have water for all three of us.
The doctor didn’t wear gloves on consulting.
5.0
The pool and proximity to the beach are excellent. The daytime activities were fun. We didn't participate as much in the evening but others seemed to like the entertainment. We like the proximity to Nessebar. The food was diverse enough for our family. The supermarket on the property was convenient. The apartments and balconies are large and well equipped.
The music by the pool with slides was too loud at times.
4.5
The pools, the rooms were clean, diversity of food. Personal is exceptionally respectful with clients.
Althought the food is diverse, we’ve found few things that were actually tasty. Maybe it is just me.

Late check out options allow to prolong until 2:00 pm
Staff gave us an option to check and choose the room we wanted for our stay.
Parking is large, always available. But it isn't servailanced.
Great restaurant "the taste" - every single dish is a peace of art, we liked it so much that we went their 3 times during the 4 days spent in the hotel.
A few staff members were ignorant of the questions we've asked them regarding mask at breakfast - there was a quite questionable atmosphere during breakfast (more than 100 people crowded the breakfast hall, in a tight squeeze), so we asked where we could get masks, servers pointed at some obscure directions, so having asked around turned out there weren't any masks available.
Wifi hasn't been working for a few days, but was fixed thereafter.
The shower in the room was broken, and after every shower there was a flood on the floor of the bathroom.

The a la cart dinner was excellent and also the terrace where was served has breathtaking view.
The friendly and professional staff has again demonstrated that we've made a great choice.
The beach is narrow and short.

The Food and the clean of the room
The beach is little but this is not the hotel problem

Welcoming n awesome

It was very nice outside, there was a lot of space to park. The food was very good.
We didn’ like the animation team. They were very bored and boring, they did the same things every day without enthusiasm.
Amateurs. The hotel doesn’t have a private beach, and finding a place to stay was a big problem as the beach there is very small.

The rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel staff were always helpful. The hotel is placed a bit far from Sunny Beach center and the distance till there is a 50 minute walk but that was ok cause the beach area was not too crowdy, well at the end of July if you are not at 7:30 am on the beach you won't find any front row sunbeds even if there was a fee of 8 BGN for one and another 8 for an umbrella.Food was ok , i mean you have what to eat but don't get high expectations , I am a foodie and for mee was kinda hard not to realize that most of the food had same taste and also that the menu it's almost the same every day.
Pool area too crowdy and there was no closing time there, so after 23:00 h there were still guests in the pool making loud noise . For the guests with rooms near pool was not very comfortable. Wifi is free but there is no good connection or internet speed.
4.5
Great location, kind and professional staff, excellent view from the balcony (sea view)
The only thing that bothered us was that the elevators did not have any kind of ventilation or air conditioning.
5.0
Nice view. Clean room. I will come back for sure
4.5
Very good location, tasty breakfast but the selection could be wider (every day the same breakfast items), big and clean rooms with comfy beds, AC is working fine, WiFi as well, not much to complain
breakfast is ok but the selection could be wider (every day the same breakfast items), they close breakfast facility and switch everything off at 10 AM, so it is kind of funny if you are a long sleeper cause you need to chase your morning coffee at the very last second otherwise they will swith the coffee machine off :-) make sure to choose room with the view NOT on a swimming pools cause they perform very loud animations for hotel guests there, starting in the morning and sometimes till very late in the evening
