Linksway is a well-appointed first floor apartment located in the popular seaside village of Morfa Nefyn near to the town of Nefyn in North Wales. The apartment can sleep six people in one super king-size double bedroom with en-suite, a double room and a twin room. The rest of apartment is made up of an open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with glass balcony. To the outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed shared lawn with furniture. Linksway is situated within a five minute walk of a sandy beach and with easy access to the coastal path, ideal for families or group of friends looking for a holiday in the area. Please note site gym, sauna and steam room is temporarily unavailable due to a leak.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, PlayStation 2, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis. Enclosed shared lawn with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant, beach and golf course 5 mins walk. Note: Children to be supervised on glass balcony. Note: Lift available to first floor.

Town: The coastal village of Morfa Nefyn, with a long sandy beach and close to excellent walking, nestles on the stunning Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales. Close by is the small town of Nefyn, and also within easy reach are Pwllheli and Abersoch, with good eateries and excellent watersports. The surrounding coastline has great walking with superb scenery, as well as good cycle trails, sailing and fishing. From Morfa Nefyn you have easy access to Portmeirion, Anglesey and Snowdonia.
