We are frequent skiers at Wolf Creek and when we’re only there to ski/board, we prefer the South Fork side rather than Pagosa. This cabin is perfect for that kind of a trip. Convenient to the rental shops, restaurants, Rainbow Mart (if you know, you know), and the best side of the pass to be on when winter storms hit. The cabins are clean, roomy, except for the bathroom. Plenty of heat and hot water. Perfect for a mid season trip to Wolf Creek.

Upon arriving, the cabin had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. Communicating with staff to supply more was a hassle, but they eventually did it. Overall, nice stay for the week. Wished they had better ways to dry out ski gear each night. We had to get creative. Very little counter space in the kitchen and no mixing bowls. For what we paid, seems a bit high for what we got.

We originally headed to Southfork with our camper and had planned to camp at Big Meadows. Unfortunately, we were unable to make that happen and was able to book cabin 4 on short notice. The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, the cooler weather, and the wonderful fishing at big meadows.

Cabin 4 met all of our needs and was a relaxing place to stay when not skiing. I cannot say enough for the property management. We had a battery die on our car, they helped me jump the car, gave me directions to a shop and called ahead to let them know I was on the way. So appreciative of their help!

We stayed here when skiing in wolf creek. It was perfect for a 20-25 min drive to get to mountain really clean and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

South fork Colorado cabin 4
I stayed in this cabin in September 2019 then went back in October 2019. The cabin is well-maintained and the views of the mountains surrounding the cabin are breathtaking. There are a lot of scenic roads nearby. Ashley the manager is very prompt and takes good care of her guest. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very clean. The locals along with the guest at the lodge are all very friendly. I will be coming back again.
