For the price we paid it definitely not worth the money, was very disappointed

The rooms were not clean at all Bathrooms had hair all over, toilets had net been cleaned Thick build up on carpets, haven’t been vacuumed

We Enjoyed our stay

Location is very convenient as it’s in middle of Mt Buller village. We all loved the heated pool and spa. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good

Loved the location and facilities although the restaurant and cafe where not open, room was really well equipped.

The view, was on ground floor and all we could see out our window was a screen laying on the ground that looked like it had been left there after the snow melted.

It is an expensive place to stay and it is not reflected in terms of the quality of service provided

The location was excellent. The facilities were adequate, and when the reception was available, she was very helpful but being summer and extremely low occupancies the reception were more often not there even though the signs say that it was supposed to be open from 9 am to 5:00 pm. There was a number to ring for urgent assistance, but I don't know if that works. The reception has various common toiletries and coffee, tea supplies available for afterhours emergencies

Cleanliness could be improved a little but be aware this is a very old facility like all others around this village. It cannot be compared directly to a 4 star hotel in the city as that would be unfair. Generally, many small items like loose door knobs, loose toilet seat, burnt light lamps and other general maintenance could be improved.

Comfy and convenient!

Location, location, location! The bed was comfy and it was great having a drying cupboard, full sized fridge and other cooking appliances in the room. The pool and spa was also very relaxing after a big day of skiing.

The gym bathroom could do with a bit of an update as it wasn’t the nicest environment and smelled.

Leaking down pipe outside window that was constantly dripping, rooms were a little old and worn...in need of some TLC.

Sofa beds were dirty an uncomfortable My sons brand new ear bud went missing from the room. Be careful with valuables in your room this hotel takes them.....

I would probably stay there again for its location but only if they have better/ newer rooms.

Best location

Late check in at 4pm, we arrived there at 10.30am and were told our room wont be ready until 4pm! Never been to a hotel for such a late check in. We had to leave our bags in the store room and grab our gear so we can change to hit the slope but no change room to get change to either so we had to get change in the toilet. Bedroom is really dated, toilet bowl is filthy and stained.

Disappointing

The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great!

We had booked for 4 adults with a king bed fold out couch. This was confirmed again over the phone the morning of our arrival. When we arrived, the fold out bed was still set up as a couch, we had to unfold and collect bedding from the cupboard to set up ourselves. When doing this, we noticed a large orange stain on the doona under the clean cover which was pretty off putting. The bath/shower had a lot of pink and black mould which I think is unacceptable.
