The location is perfect for tourists!

The place is family run by really friendly and helpful staff! We had a lovely clean apartment with two rooms, a working fridge and kettle. Perfect little balcony overlooking the streets of the old town where you can chill with a glass of wine. Very short walk to the beach and to all the beautiful historical buildings and churches as well as cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay
and would definitely recommend. The staff also helped to order us a cab on the way back to the airport which was much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay! And the delicious Bulgarian wine! 😊

Excellent location, clean with comfortable beds.

Good location
There was not hot water for 2 of our 3 days stay. The owner apologised but still had to wash our selfs in cold water. There was no coffee, sugar, and more than one toilet paper roll, so prepare yourself that you have to buy from the expensive shop in Nesebar. The room was listed with washing machine as well, however the washing machine is on the owner floor so you have to bother them if you need to wash.

The landlady is a great person, very empathic and dedicated to the well being of the guests. The place is very nice, comfy and peaceful, though very central and close to the sea. The back garden is a little heaven.

Clean, cozy and beautiful place in the heart of the Old town of Nesebar! Polite and responsive host.
I would definitely go again if given the opportunity.

.Everything was perfekt for my needs. Clean A.C. room. Location is very good in the hearth off historical Old city Nesebar. Everything was close walking dištance, many good restaurant arround. Good Draught beer bar 30 meters from house. Sunny beach is possible to reach by bus (cheapest), every 10 minutes, Or by boat, small train or on foot.
The ovner Magdaléna is very kind and helpfull. Thank you.
So i canot give less rate, than 10.

The location is awesome - in the heart of the old town.
The rooms are separated by two doors and a small corridor.
The bathroom was fine.
The master bedroom was not clean. There were spider webs on the walls and dead fly on the ground and I found a hair on the sheets.
The studio is advertised with additional "room" where and adult can sleep. The spot was too tight and small for an adult to feel comfortable and there is no air conditioner either. At the same time you cannot open the window because it is too noisy outside.
The studio is advertised as quiet: not true. The master bedroom is right above the main street of the old town. It is incredibly noisy, sleeping is impossible.
There are no bugs/mosquito nets on the windows, if you open it, you have to deal not only with the noise but also with all the flies, mosquitos, dust and everything coming through...or you have to spend extra money for anti-mosquito products (which we eventually did).
The beach is advertised to be near by: there is some leftover of what once probably was a beach, right now it is small spot with few sun loungers, ankle-deep stagnant water full of algae and overall it is impossible to swim. You can go to the New town's beach or Sunny Beach's one by bus.
I don't know how to comment the complete lack of dishes, spoons, even the batteries from the tv's and air conditioner's remotes were missing.
The iron needs to be changed with new one.
We left at the very next morning after our arrival. Very disappointing.

Great accomodation in a beautiful traditional Bulgarian house right in the middle of the Old Nessebar, surrounded by ancient churches, cobbled streets, nice terraces and many shops, but still quiet at night. The rooms are spotless clean, bright and very comfortable, with nice furniture and good matresses. The bathroom has a window which helps a lot to dry the towels. The owners live in the same house and they are very kind people, ready to help if needed, but still so discreet, knowing very well how to be great hosts. They allowed us to use the room for 2 more hours in our last day after the check out.Thank you for everything,Magdalena and mom!We had a perfect holiday and we will surely come back!
Water drains a bit slow on the bathroom floor, but the host provided the bathroom with a special mop that helps a lot.

Clean room, location at the heart of the Old Town, friendly staff, affordable so basically everything that you expect!
If there was a hairdryer at the room, it would be better. The wind here is like a hairdryer anyway so I didn't need to ask for it.

It was perfect! Located in the heart of the old town with a nice balcony and a view! The staff consists of the nicest family, who were very accommodating and gave us some nice tips. The room had everything that one would need, and if something like a plate etc. is by any chance missing you could always ask the owners for one. The backyard is also reserved for the guests and my friends and I found it to be the perfect breakfast sport. Two thumbs up!!!!
