A peaceful oasis, in a luxurious setting.

Carlos and Dory were ramazing hosts they were attentive, helpful and and unintrusive The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable The location was great. It was close to all amenities, but set in a quite safe location the view from the lounge was epic. The facilities the pool and BBQ where absolutely amazing. The kitchen and lounge are fantastic. Great shower comfortable beds. We slept so well. Just a great place to unwind.

Exceptional

Everything from the minute we arrived to lancelot. Carlos and Dory made us feel at home. They are excellent and super efficient. The house is fabulous and caters for everything. The pool is perfect and Carlos keeps it cleaned and serviced regularly. He also leaves gifts during the holidays. The house is beside all the supermarkets and restaurants. We have been to Porto Rico a couple of times before and this one is the best... Thank you so much for making our holiday special...

Fantastic....Fantastic.... Fantastic

Lancelot is a beautiful Private House. The owner, Carlos met my wife and myself at the property after we had been transferred from the Airport by his lovely Daughter Julia. Carlos showed us in great detail all of the facilities; The outside space is fantastic and there are different levels on which to sunbathe or dine outside on. We were overwhelmed at how everything that one could desire was provided. Carlos explained how to use everything and we also took up the option to have the Pool Heated for an additional sum, this proved to be a good decision given that it was February and we woke up every day to a lovely warm pool. We didn't see Carlos at all throughout our 10 day stay but he did provide his mobile number if we had any problems, which we didn't and he came to clean the pool and test chemical levels whilst we were still in bed and when we got up we found that he left us a very large Canarian Cake cooked by his wife Dory . We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning again this year. Bravo Carlos, Dory and Julia, you are a lovely family who gave us one of the best holidays we have ever had.

The house is perched at the top of a hill but I am 70 years old and my wife Lesley is 68 but we managed to get to and from the house and Puerto Rico Centre either on foot which we did regularly on a number of occasions or in a Taxi which costs only 4 Euros.

Superb

The owners of this villa Carlos & his wife Dory were very welcoming. Carlos was amazing and picked us up & dropped us back going home. The villa had everything you needed and the heated pool was lovely. When Carlos came to clean the pool he even brought us a lovely gift for our breakfast can't ask for better service. The location was fantastic everything was in walking distance.

Only downside was the steep hill to get back to the villa but that won't stop us from staying again 😃

Exceptional

The owners of this villa Carlos & his wife Dory ya couldn't ask for better . Carlos was amazing picked us up the airport & dropped us back going home .. was out every 3/4 days cleaning the pool & left us a wee unexpected gift for waking up for are breakfast can't ask for better service. The location was great 5 min walk to Morgan Mall . 10mins walk into PR 3 euro back in a taxi .

Great Apartment

We stayed here December 19th to December 29th 2019. Apartment was in a great location and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Carlos was wonderful. He was waiting for us on arrival and made sure the adults and children had a drink and snack upon arrival as it was late when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the pool and the barbeque was lovely. Lancelot is not a fancy apartment but is clean and sufficient. Thanks again Carlos we had a lovely stay. Puerto Rico was so lovely I would definitely return.

1 small thing was I found the main bed a bit uncomfortable, it felt a bit damp.

Nice place

Very nice comfortable place to stay. Carlos is a very nice man, he guided us through the villa on check in. Showed us the local place for shopping and to the entertainment centre. He even ran us to the bus station on the way home . Villa is in a good spot close to the centre a 5 10 min walk down the hill if you take the short cut. But we decided to taxi it back €3 from the centre.

The only very very small thing was the pool didnt get alot of sunshine. But wouldnt put off coming back.
