très gâchée avec cette 1ere nuit couchée à 2 heures du matin et le lendemain à refaire nos valises.

Re bon jour Le responsable de nuit n’a pas été agréable et très rapide et l’attente a été très longue. Il bougonnait n’arrivait pas à ouvrir sa boîte à clef ‘. Dans mon travail je ne réagis pas comme ceci. Ce matin il part très vite pour ne plus avoir à réfléchir sur ce désagrément. Encore heureusement que vous avez trouvé un logement !!!! Malheureusement lundi nous partons des 5 heures du matin pour aller au travail. Sans faire attendre notre clientèle !!!! 2 petites bouteilles de vin pour nous consoler c’est un peu simple ! Je compte bien mettre les photos prises hier soir des 2 chambres sur le site. Les avis étaient déjà très défavorables mais je comprends. Nous n’avons jamais eu ce genre de problème dans aucun hôtel ou location jusqu’à maintenant. Notre séjour de 3 jours est gâché. Merci de proposer une forme sérieuse de compensation. Nous avons utilisé une carte virtuelle pour le paiement donc votre petit remboursement risque de ne pas passer. Je vous avais appelé la semaine passée. Vous m’aviez dit que tout allait être prêt. Excusez moi mais ce n’est pas vrai. Là je vous écrits alors que je devrais me détente au mariage de ma nièce.

Le ménage non fait, le toiture percée du 2 eme logement. et le très mauvais accueil de votre employé de chez Green appartement.

Superb

We loved the location, comfortable bed, terrace and view of the street. It was really convenient for going everywhere in the centre of Seville and there were lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The sharp knife was appreciated too.

The door of the fridge opened the wrong way, so it was difficult to access the inside.

Great locatoin in central, a few minutes to the Catedral de Santa Maria, Alcazar, Torre del Oro, Plaza de Espana. Close to restaurants. Guiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Super location, and the apartment was very comfortable

Lacked a little bit of a personal touch. Things like enough mugs were on the skimpy side - just a little bit more effort would have made it perfect.

Lovely stay in Sevilla

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. Close to all the main attractions. Private roof terrace right outside my door was brilliant

Apartment was quite small but I was a lone traveller, so not such a big deal. The apartment was on the top floor, so the stairs could be an issue for someone who is less mobile

The location is strategic in the centre

Heat water missing we discovered the next morning that the water heater was turned off, no warnings available in the apartment regarding the fact that it is off. Air conditioning is not working, impossible to turn on the heater it was cold. The flat is along a street where people walk during the night, windows are not acoustic isolated, it was impossible to sleep till 3.30 pm

Great location with a chance of cockroaches

The apartment was clean (cockroaches aside) and overall well fitted. The location is absolutely exceptional, right in the heart of Sevilla's old town and with most landmarks reachable within 5-10 min walk.

The apartment is located in an old building (with no elevator and a narrow staircase). That would be OK if it wasn't for the strong smell coming from the bathroom and the couple of cockroaches we found roaming free in our bedroom. We understand this is not an easy thing to solve, but the owners should put all their efforts in addressing this issue since it is a rather unpleasant experience. There were other few things we didn't like (noise AC machines in the patio, a couple of lights not working, a very hard to operate lock on the entrance door) but the cockroaches were definitely the biggest issue.

Perfect place to stay in Sevilla!

I loved this apartment. It’s beautifully decorated. It has a washing machine. Great terrance and balcony. The staff were attentive and answered their whatsapp quickly. Great location nearby everything you would want to see in the city!

Very good

The apartment is big and well decorated. The location is central and very close to all monuments in the city. There are lots of good Bars and restaurants around. Everything was clean and check in is very easy (key boxes).

Due to its location in a quite narrow little street, it is very loud (also when the windows are closed). The kitchen could be better equiped (there are no basics as e.g. oil, salt, pepper and no towels).

Repeated insistence on paying before even checking in. Email was sent 4 hours before check in and then 3 people chasing for payment even before reaching the apartment. Basics like utensil washing liquid soap, kitchen knife, face towels were missing

Exceptional

We stayed in this one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. Comfortable apartment in a great location. About 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Grocery store 2 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants, and shops 5 minutes or less away. We left one day after the lockdown and were very happy to be in this apartment with space to walk around and with windows to the street so we could see the movement of the few people outside and see the apartment dwellers on their balconies clapping their hands. The management was helpful in ordering a taxi for our scheduled departure and giving us needed information. This apartment is on a pedestrian street. If taking a taxi directly there be sure to check with the management for the correct location to give the driver or you might spend an extra hour to get there as Google maps sent our driver to many non drivable streets. Despite the circumstances during our last 2 days, we enjoyed our time in this apartment.

Fantastic apartment

Spotlessly clean and beautiful decor. We were in apartment 1L on Calle Francos and it was superbly located, clean and nicely decorated.

There is a bit of noise from the street at night but it didn’t bother us too much.
