Agradable y cómodo

Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. El alojamiento es muy espacioso y cómodo. La cocina estaba bastante bien equipada. Nos facilitaron un espacio para dejar las bicicletas.

Está en un barrio un poco alejado del centro, pero es una zona tranquila.

Comfortable, well-maintained apartment

The apartment was clean and had very good facilities. I really appreciated having a washing machine and space to prepare meals. The owner and caretaker were also very responsive and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with this apartment and would definitely recommend it to others.

One thing to note is that is a bit far from the center of Vienna.

не было вообще никакого Геля для душа, ни одного полотенца для рук, шторы не закрывались и просвечивали, ОЧЕНЬ шумные соседи, кровать и подушки очень твердые, грязные и старые. Нет лифта. Комфорт отсутствовал полностью.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città senza spendere una follia

Ottima base per visitare la città in un weekend lunga a prezzi moderati. Luogo silenzioso, ambienti puliti e funzionali in un quartiere periferico ma molto tranquillo. Cucina abbastanza attrezzata per preparare qualche pasto in casa.

la consistenza del letto un po' troppo molle per i miei gusti, mancano dei comodini e prese di ricarica per smartphone. Bagno molto piccolo e alcuni arredi di recupero, non sempre funzionali alle esigenze di un turista.

Toller Aufenthalt

Top Lage man konnte alles super gut erreichen. Man hat alles was man brauchte im Apartment gehabt und das Personal war super freundlich. Top Aufenthalt.

Das Mobiliar war etwas sehr altbacken. Es könnte mal etwas modernisiert werden. Es hatte typisches 80er jahre Flair.

Bardzo dobra cena jak na jakość i lokalizację. Wygodna, jasna kawalerka. Dostępne trochę udogodnień, ogólnie pobyt bardzo przyjemny.

Jedna z dwóch poduszek chyba była wyprana, bo była bardzo niewygodna.

good combination of price and comfort

The apartment was very spacious. A large living room with a huge glass dining table, two comfortable armchairs, a sofa bed and a bed. There is also a wardrobe and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The mattress is okay, not the best, but not the worst either. The kitchen is well equipped. Our stay in this apartment was very good. Our children and my mother-in-law as well as my husband and I were completely satisfied. The area was quiet and seemed safe. There is a beautiful cathedral and supermarkets within walking distance. As for parking - we used PAYUCA and the garage is a 10-minute walk away. So, I recommend this apartment, a good combination of price and comfort.

Kann mir gut vorstellen nocheinmal hierher zu kommen.

Wir mussten eine Stunde vorher anrufen, um zu sagen, wann wir ankommen. Leider haben wir uns verfahren, kamen erst nach 22.00Uhr an und mussten die 10€ Zusatzgebühr sofort bar bezahlen. Das stand aber so im Vertrag. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Feuermelder, der ständig gepiepst hat. Der Vermieter hat das Problem trotz später Stunde sofort gelöst. Die Wohnung war wie in den anderen Rezensionen beschreiben, sehr sauber. Die ausziehbare Sofa riecht nicht mehr ganz frisch.

In der Wohnung war es leider etwas kalt. Wir haben die Heizkörper zwar aufgedreht, aber sie blieben kalt. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war es nicht so schlimm.

Versteckte Kosten, die erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt werden! Alles ist uralt und muffig.

Gefallen hat mir, dass die Schlüsselübergabe gut geklappt hat und dass man seine Ruhe hatte in der Wohnung. Sie war auch recht geräumig.

Wo fange ich an? Zuerst: Hier wird mit VERSTECKTEN KOSTEN gearbeitet! Passt bitte auf - die Gastgeberin sagt euch erst NACH der Buchung, dass ihr für Handtücher und Bettwäsche jeweils bezahlen müsst! WENN ihr das tut, könnt ihr aber kein gemachtes Bett erwarten. Es wird euch einfach ein Knäuel Bettzeug in die Hand gedrückt. GANZ FURCHTBAR sind die Kissen und Decken. Die Decken - dünn wie Spinnweben und die Kissen eine Zumutung. Sie bestehen nur aus Klumpen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist unfassbar muffig und ältlich - wie bei Großtante Elfriede. Alles ist ohne Geschmack und Liebe einfach nur "hingestellt". Schrecklich ungemütlich. Wieso machen Menschen, die keinerlei Lust haben, etwas Schönes für andere Menschen zu bereiten, eine Zimmervermietung auf? Ich verstehe so was einfach nicht. Es fehlen essentielle Dinge: Im Bad gibt es z.B. keine Steckdose. Das Föhnen ist eine Katastrophe, weil man den Föhn in der Küche reinstecken muss, da gibt es aber keinen Spiegel. Wer hat sich so was ausgedacht? W-Lan reicht nicht bis ins Schlafzimmer! Es fehlt ein großer Spiegel. In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es nur den kleinen Badspiegel. Man kann sein Outfit nicht checken. Im ungemütlichen Wohnzimmer gibt es aber haufenweise leere Wände (keine Deko, bis auf ein einziges Bild, das schief angebracht wurde) - es wäre sehr viel Platz für einen Ganzkörperspiegel, den jeder schätzt. Die Möbel wirken alle uralt und wie Sperrmüllkandidaten. Der Spiegelschrank im Bad vermittelt den Eindruck eines Geschenks vom Obdachlosenheim. Billig hoch zehn, pures Plastik, und an den Ecken auch noch abgeplatzt. Es gibt keine Kuscheldecke & keine gemütliche Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer, wenn man abends noch etwas lesen will. Man muss die EINZIGE Tischlampe aus dem Schlafzimmer holen. (Wie gesagt - dort ist auch nur eine einzige für zwei.) Überhaupt gibt es nur das Allernötigste. Letztlich hab ich pro Nacht 90 Euro gezahlt, alle Kosten zusammengerechnet.

Praktisk og enkel

Et praktisk køkken med næsten alting, et rummeligt køleskab og vaskemaskine, komfur og ovn der fungerede udmærket. Stort soveværelse med plads til et lille bord. WiFi fungerede næsten altid, godt nok til video samtaler. Tyst kvarter, 10-15' gåtur fra Floridsdorf station. Hoßplatz endnu nærmere, med sporvogn 25 & 26, supermarkeder, cafeer m.m. Det virker som et rart miljø. Nogle enkelte Kneipe og madsteder i nærheden. Man kan gå til FN Vienna Centret på under en time igennem Donaupark.

Bygningen er lidt nedslidt, samme med alle møblerne i lejligheden, nogle løse skabsdøre m.m. Ingen fryser eller mikroovn, men det var fint uden.

Kahvaltı yoktu. Zaten bu belirtilmişti. Konum merkeze uzak ama ulaşım imkanı old için zorlanmadık. Fiyat olarak uygun.Ev sahibi yardımsever ve iyiydi. Güvenli sessiz sakin bir yer.

Banyo daha iyi olabilirdi. Bina çok eski old için banyo da duş kabini dışında su giderinin olmaması sorun yaratıyor. Havlu asmak için konulan askılar yapıştırma ve düşüyor. İyileştirilebilir.Çekyat çok eski. Yenilenebilir.

Das Apartment ist groß genug. Wi-Fi, aber keine TV. Ölradiotoren statt Heizung.

1 Zimmer Wohnung ist groß genug, die Küche ist separat. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Bett ist groß. Der Supermarket Eurospar und DM sind in der nähe. 15 min zu Fuß bis S- U Bahn Floridsdorf oder mit dem Bus 29A 2 Haltstationen.

Das Haus ist Altbau, deshalb TV funktioniert nicht, Internet manchmal schwach, Erdgeschoß. Keine Heizung, deshalb wurde den elektrischen Ölradiotoren für das Zimmer und die Küche angeboten. Beim Empfang mir wurde gesagt, dass den Preis 11€ für die Bettwäsche vom Kaution 50€ abgezogen wird. Am Ende des Aufenthalts wurde aber nicht berechnet.

Clean apartment and good owners!

The apartment was neat and had all the amenities like kitchen, utensils, washing machine, refrigerator etc... The owners were good, responded well and helped.

It's far from the city center, so we need to change multiple lines from the Metro.

Alles war perfekt!

Die Wohnung war angenehm, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist ruhig und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Geschäfte, Supermärkte und alles, was man sonst noch brauchen könnte. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Квартира очень просторная, удобно для большой семьи или компании друзей. У нас было 3 спальни,кухня и столовая. Был чайник, стиральная машина,электроплита,кофеварка. Мы всем этим пользовались, всё работало, только не хватило утюга. Постельное брали своё, нас заранее в письме предупредили,что постельного белья и полотенец нет, но можно доплатить 8 евро и нам дадут, полотенца+3евро. Было чисто. Постели удобные,подушки огромные. Приедем сюда в следующий раз обязательно.

Не хватило утюга, т.к. жили 5 дней, нужно было погладить одежду. С ребенком до транспорта трудно идти, но взрослому не проблема.

Terribile

Nulla, l appartamento è fatiscente sporchissimo pieno di insetti, nel dettaglio di alcune cose il copri water rotto con pezzi di plastica mancanti e sporco di giallo, doccia con ruggine e muri imbrattati cuscini sedie pieni di macchie di dubbia natura, areatore del bagno pieno di polvere e non funzionante, luci bagno guaste, cuscini letto indecenti, bollitore con acqua sporca ed insetti dentro. Abbiamo noleggiato biancheria da letto e bagno, lenzuola di una piazza e mezza sporche non adatte a letto matrimoniale e forse usate asciugamani usati sporchi ed ingialliti. Siamo rimasti solo una notte perché non potevamo fare diversamente, il mattino seguente ci siamo fatti restituire caparra e siamo andavi via a bambe elevate. Professionale booking che dopo la mia segnalazione ha reso i soldi a differenza dei giorni non usufruiti con tante di scuse nonostante non fosse prevista la cancellazione. Un consiglio, non prendete quest' appartamento!!!!!

Overall we had a pleasant stay, we just wished we were provided with more things that should be in an apartment

it was a very spacy apartment, lots of windows and a big dinner table, toilet was separate from the the shower witch was also nice. Communication with our host was very nice :))

First of all the description said the apartment was 15 minutes from the center and unfortunately it wasn’t, it was about 30 minutes away, which would still be alright, we just wished it was mentioned before. Secondly the host doesn’t provide bed linen!! and that also wasn’t mentioned in the description, only after we booked the place. If you come without your own bed linen and towels, you’re gonna have to pay 8€ per person to rent it. Also we weren’t provided with trash bags and enough toilet paper.

Poor

20 euro fee for arriving after 10PM - fortunately we were there fast. 16 euro additional payment that was NOT INCLUDED ANYWHERE. It isn't a deposit if you don't intend to return it. WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS CASH WILL BE RETURNED. 50 euro in cash as a deposit for a key could wait for one day, we were exhausted after the plane and couldn't possibly know that. Leaking boiler in the toilet. Owner doesn't speak english quite well.

Nice place, good location, should include the bed linen.

The kitchen is well equipped. Good location. Sunny and comfortable. Good amount of space for 2 people. Nice and clean bathroom.

You have to pay extra for the sheets (per person) and it is not cheap. It is not easy to see that sheets (and towels) are not included and it is not clear you have to pay per person for them.
