Pros: Quick response to questions, decent sized apartment for las palmas, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels plus beach towels and pool noodles. Always found a parking spot.
Cons: apartment wasn’t the cleanest but not terrible, pool was less than inviting, no free laundry card as originally promised and explanation for getting to the office to get a card was terrible. AC wasn’t easy to get working and no manual in apt explaining anything. I know coco so that wasn’t a big deal but it would have been helpful for working the AC. Overall I would give a 3.5 if I could for an average stay.
