Muy bueno

La atención al llegar de la recepción excelente, el personal de limpieza excelente, la vista, la tranquilidad

El depto está poco cuidado y no tiene mobiliario para la terraza poder tomar sol y los sillones camas muy incómodos para sentarse pero era ese departamento el garage es para auto mediano a chico

Caro para lo que es

El apartamento era muy lindo con una bella vista. El personal del lugar barbaros , 10 puntos todos.

No hay privacidad con relación a los otros departamentos, alquilamos para 3 personas y estabamos apretados , el dep. era para cuatro El desayuno es malo y escaso,no es cómodo , teniamos que trasladarnos a una buena distancia. Los departamentos mas cómodos y lindos son los que están abajo , los de las terrazas no, que fué nuestro caso

Beautiful place, more suited for summer stays

Beautiful view / friendly staff / poor quality accommodation

The staff is very friendly and the view is definitely wonderful. I rented this place with the premise “premium” accommodation, my stay there could not confirm that. The place has several low quality features, construction imperfections and broken things that surprised me (specially for a new building). I will add some pictures from the few things that got my attention. Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors and they can certainly hear you… I also have to comment 2 main construction surprises: 1st, the walls between the balconies are almost non existing, you can easily see other rooms, which means no privacy. 2nd, the glass wall for the shower is way to short, meaning that even the quickest shower, guarantees that you will have to dry the whole bathroom after that.

No privacy at all from other neighbors as well as the person that came inside the appartment without warning!

location was good , the view was nice but no access to the beach

No privacy at all! all your neighbors could see you when they were outside in the pool or sunbathing. We arrived after 3 pm even though we were told it was ok to arrive by 2 pm so when we asked about staying a couple of hours later at check out we were told we had to pay 50 % extra if we wanted to stay till 6 which we couldn’t, all we wanted was 2 hours and they said no. Only one memeber of the staff spoke English. No credit cards, debit cards accepted so we had to do a bank transfer from somebody from Uruguay to avoid extra expenses. We requested a grill , an adaptor an extra towel and were told they would bring them right away so we waited and waited inside, wasting time and eventually they told us they were bringing the towel and the adaptor but the grill will be longer because they had to clean it. We decided to wait outside by the pool and we heard somebody getting into the appartment !!! It was the maintenance guy with the grill who said he knocked at the door a few times and decided to go inside (using his key)the appartment with the grill instead of texting us like they had been before. Totally unacceptable!
