Acogedor pero podría mejorar

El hotel en sí era muy bonito y amplio ,la piscina una pasada aunque estaba caliente todo el rato pero para pasado un rato estaba bien

La cama era muy incómoda me costaba mucho dormir ,aparte la última noche que estuvimos me picaron un montón de mosquitos en la habitación y de colmo sobre las doce y media de la noche había ruido en los pasillos de la gente

La comodidad de las camas.

En el techo de la habitación había telarañas. La habitación no estaba muy limpia. La gente pone toallas en las hamacas para reservarlas y se van. Eso no se puede hacer, hay carteles que así lo indican pero a pesar de ello se hace. Igual que comer, beber y fumar en la piscina... No se puede pero se permite. Mucha gente extrangera que llenaba los platos en el bufé como si no hubiera un mañana. El espejo del lavabo tenía marcas de haberse limpiado mal.

L'habitacio, els llits, el menjar, el personal molt agradable i atent, la situació, i les instal·lacions en general.

Les tovalloles de l'habitació, rasquen i es veuen molt utilitzades, tant de gruix com de color. I q només te'n deixen una per dutxar-te, havent de demanar-ne cada dia una altra pel cabell.

Relación calidad precio, apto

El buffet de comidas bastante variado, muchas opciones tanto saludables como no saludables, la mayoría del personal agradable, con excepciones. Limpieza bien y ubicación también.

Las bicicletas de alquiler tenían un estado pésimo en relación con lo que cobran por su uso. Alguna parte del hotel tenía algo de falta de mantenimiento.

Du soleil, de la détente, des vrais vacances étaient attendus, bref, que du bonheur et du plaisir.

Propreté de la chambre et des linges de toilette, vue sur la piscine et la Méditerranée, grande variété des plats proposés aux repas, personnel sympathique.

Salle de repas bruillante, baignoire dans la salle de bain (risque de glisser et se blesser),une douche à l'italienne aurait été plus pratique et sécurisé à l'emploi.

Great time, great hotel, would stay again.

Lovely hotel , very central in resort, great pool area, very close to beach.Selection of food for breakfast was great.

Parking charges €18 a day, all activities were spoken in Spanish only,

Overall good value and no complaints

Nice pool area and beach close by with some choice of beach bars, bars and restaurants. Easy to get the bus to Salou and Cambrils. Good size family room with terrace. Choice of food was good too.

The bar lacked atmosphere so we didn’t really use it

It was good overall but the hotel isn’t 4 stars

The food was good but would be better if there was more variety. The pool was great and the distance to the beach was very short.

As all inclusive members, the drinks we were given were very poor. Sometimes the cocktails we were given had no alcohol in them at all. When asked for whiskey for example, the whiskey they poured had no colour. For the price i paid, they were giving the cheapest and worst alcohol they had. Extremely disappointing Our bed sheets weren’t changed for the whole time we were staying there. Very dirty under the beds. Animacíon was always the same. It was mostly for kids, nothing for adults, atmosphere was boring. When given coffee from the bar at the pool, we were given plastic spoons which melted when coffee was stirred. Thats not at a 4 star hotel standard.

Great pool and clean and comfortable rooms. Just across the road from a beautiful beach. Bus stops right outside the door to Cambrils, Salou, Portaventura and airport.

Good holiday hotel

Great holiday hotel and they upgraded us to a pool view room, very nice Big beds, very comfortable and good Aircon. Great location for beach and restaurants

Food range in restaurant not too bad but quality not great. Some nights it was good but overall just average. Queue for a simple fried egg in the morning was ridiculous and I often have up; quality of bacon very poor.

enjoyable stay for overnight.

the room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. excellent scrambled eggs at breakfast.

the choice and quality wasn’t as good as some of the other Best hotels we have stayed at. breakfast set up had no flow. toast station was on the other side of the restaurant from the jam and butter. hardly and choice for cereals and no fruit to go with it like prunes or dried apricots. yoghurt was over by the cooked breakfast.

Very good

I liked where the hotel was situated. The room was quiet and air conditioning was excellent as it was so hot. The beds were comfy. The staff in general were very good in particular the bar and dining staff were great.

The reception staff were very slow and did not seem to understand English which left a sour taste in my mouth.

Cleanliness, location to beach, food, friendly staff. Free wifi, pool and outside entertainment.

Location of our room which was situated over waste bins area with little or no pleasant view. Only issue with all of our Hotel experience. Still recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay

This hotel is ideal for families with young children who would welcome the buffet-style meals - lots of food choices for all tastes. The pool area is lovely and the beach is close by. Our room was comfortable and clean.

For those who want a quieter stay, this is not the best choice as it is noisy with kids having fun and running around. While the buffet dinner and breakfast had many meal options, we did not enjoy the experience of the huge, chaotic dining room.

Very good location and suited our stopover perfectly

The whole package was very good and a cot was placed in our room at short notice too, we had a pool and sea view room which was nice and spacious. There was plenty of parking as we arrived by car this was essential but reserving a space was not possible. The restaurant was large and very well presented but the food was a little disappointing for the choice available but what there was was very tasty. Scrambled eggs were very dry.
