Seconda volta in questo Hotel la prima camera decorosa questa non all’altezza del costo della stessa

La posizione ottima per il match di Basket fronte palazzetto dello sport

La camera era fredda non c’era lo split dell aria. L’acqua calda della doccia con sifone fisso tardava a scendere come anche quella degli altri sanitari. Cuscini piuttosto duri.

Ottimo hotel

Struttura ben attrezzata con facilità di accesso e parcheggio sia interno che esterno. La vicinanza con il palazzetto dello sport e il facile accesso per chi entra in Sassari provenendo da sud sono punti di forza

Rude and disrespectful staff with horrible attitude. Bad installations. Will never come back.

The experience was terrible. Me and my colleague had booked a room with 2 doube beds and terrace, when we arrived, they gave us a room with only 1 bed, we complained, and then they gave us a room with 2 single beds and no terrace, which was not what we have paid for. They stated that the room we had booked didn't exist, even though the reservation clearly stated 2 double beds with terrace. When trying to ask for the staff for a solution, or at least an alternative, both the male secretary and specially the manager (I think his name is Fulvio Martin) had a terrible attitude, they refused to help us or to offer any help/solutions. While we tried to politely communicate with them in english, they were speaking to me and my colleague in Italian on a very agressive and rude way, making it impossible for us to understand anything. They said the room we had booked didn't exist and that they were not going to waste more time with us. Not only they gave us a worse room, but they lied, they did have rooms with 2 big beds (the one we had paid for), but since they were 'familiar' rooms, they didn't want to offer it to us. We proposed them to give us 2 individual rooms as an alternative, but they refused too. Their attitude and manners were terrible, it was really a disgusting experience. Had it not been because of the fact that we were there for work, and that our italian colleagues were also installed at the same hotel, we would have 100% cancelled the stay. It's a shame that it had to be like that, but it is what is its, I don't recommend the hotel to anybody. Also, not only they gave us a room significantly worse that the one we had paid for, but also the state of the room was bad. One of the doors of the shower was missing, so every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom floor was soaked in water.

Basic and in need of some refurbishment. Good breakfast spread.

Only half of the shower door left causing a mini flood each time the shower was used. room was cold.

The stay was pleasant and adequate.

The breakfast was excellent. Great selection and very pleasant service. Room was clean with all amenities although we needed to ask for another blanket. The season had changed quickly and they were not quite prepared. But all good.

A little out of date in the decor, but that didnt matter. We were not expecting lux.

The staff at breakfast was superfriendly and helpful. The place is ok, the rooms and facilities are a bit dates and the location is quite a bit outside. It's a good choice for a quick sleep over on a trip, which is what we did.

The place lists an electric car charger in its facilities. However that charger does not exist. They will roll out a standard 220 cable to the parking lot for you, which works if you have time and your trickle charger cable with you. But if honestly if I read electric car charger I would expect a Type 2 plug and ideally faster than 3kW. On the upshot, charging was free. :)

Good value for money, friendly people but you can see the hotel is a bit old.

Breakfast, staff and clean room were perfect

Air conditioning was central so not working in our room, also the shower was leaking.

Very nice breakfast and extra friendly staff. Would reccomend it for young travelers.

It was very nice self service breakfast. Appropriate for vegetarians and vegans as well. Would definitely reccomend it.

I would improve bed quality. Also it is possible that bed wasn’t comfortable just because I am used to softer bed.

Very good

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices.

The toilet wasn't working very well and the shower was splashing water all around the bathroom floor.

Convenient hotel for a little trip

The hotel has good facilities and is comfortable for some days only. The staff is friendly even though they don’t speak much French or English. The breakfast is an excellent buffet with sweet and savory options.

The hotel is a bit noisy (we can hear people talking from our room + the A/C was making a sound).

No AC working, far away, and low cost breakfast

The food was stale and not fresh. Yogurts where out on the table all day. They should be always refrigerated.

The location, is not good. Very far away from the station and public transport is not near the hotel. The AC are old, they do not work. And when they work they are switched off by administration. The receptionist are not helpful since they do not care about the AC. My room was 115 and I hope you do not stay there

Pleasant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really great. Big bathroom and good shower. Food in restaurant was quite good.

Dingy furniture in common areas. Just needs a refresh.
