Booking udáva dohovorenie v slovenčine ale nebola to pravda.. Ze vraj ma zamestnanec dovolenku, a dostali sme rozdielne informácie o večery...

Pool was great, staff even let us in outside of opening hours. Quality and taste and selection of the food was probably the best from all the hotels I ever visited. Food is sourced locally and selection is really wide, you get to order main course and desert like in regular restaurant but in addition to that you have wide variety of selection from a la carte.
Gym was nice too, but mostly commercial machines and not much else like proper squat rack. But it is modern and you get to try lots of new equipment.
There is lots of wellness and sauna option to choose from, unfortunately I did not have chance to try them all as they are not working 24/7.
The staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. Although some seem to be new and not yet perfectly oriented, but that is normal.
At first hotel is like a labyrinth and it is difficult to get around but in the end it is kinda funny because you keep getting lost and then realize that everything is closer than you actually thought. Hotel is big but I am not sure if it is really a downside since there is lot of things to do then!

Food was good, but breakfast wasn't. No pancakes, not fresh scrambled eggs, almost raw soft eggs. family spa area was nice. Beauty treatments expensive but worth the money
Very complicated to get around. Hotel is very big and it is difficult to find your way around! Junior Suite was really bad - despite telling the staff, things didn't get repaired or fixed. Very big hotel and hardly any instructions. Balcony didn't get cleaned. I really missed towels in the spa/swimming area as it's standard in other wellness hotels.
No whirlpool in family area - you have to pay 6 euros for 15 minutes.

the food was delicious, spa/pool area was perfect. Also, Kinderclub was very helpful.
We had some minor issues in the room (no water in the toilet), and the wifi didn't work at all.
no lounge zone to relax and have a drink.
The area around the hotel isn't really developed. Although, there is plenty of space for kids, no space for parents.

Clean, friendly staff, good accommodation. Great place to go with small kids.
The only minor thing is that the staff could have given us a bit more information about all the accommodations. Some things, we had to find out for ourselves. But apart from that, no comments
