Piscina desi era cam mica pt 5 stele dar curata

Restaurantul deși dai 120 lei pe o porție de calcan,este congelat si scoți un morman de oase, putea sa fie file la 5 stele si altele ,ex ușa de la camera era încuietoarea mai scumpă decât ușa,nu mai zic că daca te dădeai noaptea jos din pat se aprindea lumina pe hol așa mare era distanța sub ea,la baie nu avea perdea la duș si toată apa curgea pe mobilierul de baie,,cel mult 3 stele are hotelul,zgomote pe hol auzeai tot,hota de la bucătarie bătea chiar in balcon ,si mirosul degajat de aceasta,deci ușa de la balcon nu o poți tine deschisa ziua, șezlongurile sunt amplasate in apropierea postului de salvamar si intri direct in schijeturile si ce mai au ei acolo ,plus că e ceva de mers...

Mic dejun bun. Locatie buna.

Desi am rezervat camera la Hotel Saturn, am primit camera la "vila". Vila este o dependinta cu aspect de cladire parasita, in care exista un miros specific neplacut. Camera modesta, baie mica fara cada, presiune foarte scazuta la dus. Vedere spre o strada laturalnica. Cu indulgenta, pot fi atribuite 3 stele acestei locatii. Nicidecum cele 5 stele pt. care am platit un tarif extrem de piperat.

The pool

We spent our holiday in a small group , some stayed for 5 nights some for 1 night, elevator broke the second day we arrived , we had a baby with us so was difficult with stairs, no kettle, no coffee making facilities in the room, the fridge barely worked I had insuline pens with me , so I had to chill my ice packs somewhere else, someone cleaned our room on the 3rd day, on 5th day they changed linen and on the 6th day we left, breakfast was good and tasty, with tea and coffee machines, plenty of seats , however not really a 5 stars hotel , you get more value for the money on 3 or 4 stars hotels

great pool, nice and friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good food variety at breakfast

The bathroom door knob squeaked. The AC smelled funny if turned on and didn't work very well. Some spa services were not yet available

Disappointed somehow...

- Breakfast was fantastic, - swimming pool was good as well.

- reception people should smile more and should be teach customer service skills as they lack that. - cleaning and changing sheets should be done daily or at least every 2 days, our sheets never been changed in 5 nights, our towels were changed, but not the sheets.

Disappointing

The location

The room is old fashioned and the stuff is not good enough prepeard. I waited 15min for an invoice and I got it splited into 3 pcs.

Exceptional

We stayed twice at this hotel during late summer of 2020. It really turned our minds away from the many hotels on the Romanian seaside that, unfortunately, are very much similar in appearance and approach towards tourists as 30 years ago. Hotel Saturn was clearly something different. So different that - even after this pandemic will be over - we’ll have a secret “jam” to return to 2-3 hours-drive away from Bucharest. And this is because we really enjoyed our stays. The refined taste of all settings, the amazing pool, the special care given that every corner is spotless clean, the kind and accommodating personnel, the tasty meals (we’ve chosen a la carte for lunch or dinner, but the included breakfast buffet was quite good, with a variety of choices). A special thank you to Mr. Eugen and his team, who really did their best to make us feel perfect, despite all measures of precaution they had to implement for Covid-19! It was a clear effort on the entire team of Hotel Saturn so that us, the tourists, feel the least disconfort possible. I noted that they are quite discreet when it comes to advertising more their facilities. This is why I felt the need to share more extensively our very good experience with Hotel Saturn. A big thank you to all our welcoming hosts and see you next year!
