Basis für Salvador und Umgebung

Ruhige Lage in Barra, kurze Gehdistanz zu beiden Hauptstränden und diversen Restaurants. Gediegenes Frühstück, Tourbuchungsmöglichkeit vor Ort

Rebeca, Victoria y Adriana mejoraron nuestra visita a la ciudad.

La posada está muy bien. Es un lugar con detalles antiguos. La habitación tenía AA que funcionaba muy bien. La ducha tenía agua caliente. Recomendación: contratar habitación con AA, fundamental para Salvador. La posada cuenta con un desayuno caserísimo, preparado en el momento por Victoria con mucho amor. Todo es delicioso. Nos encantó. Rebeca y Adriana de recepción increíbles, muy amables y nos orientaron sobre los lugares a recorrer, nos indicaron ir a Rio Vermelho, precioso, para pedir uber y para contratar el traslado a Morro de Sao Paulo. Excelente todo.

Haberme quedado solo 3 días, en esta Posada podría quedarme más días! Gracias!!

Lugar ideal para pasar unos días en Salvador

El personal muy dispuesto y amable, las instalaciones super funcionales y comodas. La ubicación ideal.a 3 cuadras de la playa del faro y fácil para caminar. Nosotros nos quedamos en una habitación con AC en la segunda planta. Además los colchones eran super cómodos y el baño estaba hecho a nuevo, presión de agua genial. Super recomendado

No encuentro nada que no nos haya gustado

I don’t think we could have chosen a better place in Salvador

it is a wonderful building very well situated in the Barra old style wonderful staff who were more than kind and helpful to us home made yoghurt divine

Exceptional

Host and staff super helpful (using Google translate!). One of best places value for money I've stayed in 3 months travelling. Best breakfast! Location awesome; could just walk to beach within 4minutes. Supermarket and eating options all within couple minutes.

Maybe just better light blackout curtains. Rooms are large, bright and airy, which is great, but sun comes through the curtains early.

Would not return or recommend

Pros- The breakfast was decent The location is walking distance to the beach The property felt secured

Cons- Lack of communication . No one speaks English Micromanagement- The manager penny pinches everything. She sent us a long message complaining about us needing extra towels, when we asked for a handtowel and soap that the house keeper did not leave. She only gives you one towel per person every three days.She wanted to charge us $1usd every time we needed to use another towel . I felt that was unsanitary to use the same towel all over your body and face for 3 days. I felt that the staff watched every move and got annoyed when we asked for simple things like an extra blanket ,because she has a small thin hard throw on the bed that is not large enough for even a child. The hotel does not give you the basic needs for you stay , especially if you are long term . This place is not equipped to handle long term clients. A day or two here is okay . Ants are in the room and bathroom and crawl all over everything. Shower pressure is too soft , but it does get warm The TV does not offer any channels in English, nor subtitles. The hotel we moved to had atleast American CNN. The staff makes you feel unwelcome when you need extra things , due to the lack of basic necessities that they provide . Only one staff member made us truly feel welcomed No elevator for the elderly. Only stairs Do not even think about asking for extra pillows. They are flat and outdated and only want to give you 2. They complained that they do not have enough The building is outdated and need renovation , decor is ugly, windows make loud noises, our bathroom doorknob was broken when we arrived and it locked my mother inside the bathroom . Took them 3 days to come in to tighten it Only saw one hammock hanging up , and never saw any guest use it. Website states she has a gift shop and it's just a curio cabinet Rooms are small and basic. You would do better off getting a hotel a little further and catching a uber to the beach . Ubers are cheap in Brazil
