München? Never again.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Lage direkt neben dem Rotlichtviertel hat uns überrascht und war äusserst unangenehm. Die Fotos des Hotels haben ein ganz anderen Eindruck vermittelt. Das Hotel ist funktional und unpersönlich. Nicht nur bei der Reception, ganz allgemein waren wir vom Mangel in Sachen Freundlichkeit und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft in München sehr überrascht.

Alles in orde zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Alles was heel erg netjes, personeel heel vriendelijk, vlakbij station. Modern en recent interieur en ruim ontbijt.

De bedden en kussens waren aan de zachte kant.

They have nice breakfast buffet even there is vegan corner and I’m not talking about just veggies😅 Vegan cheese, salamis…

Nice location, friendly staff, modern decor, fair price, and clean.

Soundproof between rooms is not so good. Bathroom door is made of transparent glass, kind of embarrassing if you are staying with someone you don’t know so well.

A lovely, modern and very clean hotel. speedy check in and check out. staff were very friendly. Nice touches in the room and great quality shower products.

Wonderful, fuss-free stay

Location near München Hbf (central station). All basic amenities are available. Clean. I like it that they also give some very thoughtful welcome gift in room e.g foot lotion, pack of pretzels.

Nice location, simpatic staff, affordable price and confortable room. Certainly it will be my choice for future staying.

It would be even better if we had a minibar at our disposal in the room. But this alone did not compromise our experience.

Drink dispenser in lobby.

Check in is digitalised, does not work online. Took me 20 min to enter all info manually. Lobby deserted, gives a feeling of abandonment TV only had 4 channels, after calling the hotline I gave up after 17 min in the loop

Was fortunate that car parking was available at customer’s location for 2 days. Otherwise parking may be a problem. If you’re using public transport - comment is not applicable

Perfect location, clean, and very good breakfast

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Central station. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect, and the serving staff were extremely polite and welcoming. They kept making sure that we had everything we needed. If you book a room, don't miss out on the breakfast.

Location to the main train station was ideal. Only about 15 minute walk to Marienplatz

The first night there was no hot water. It would be good if there were additional pillows in the rooms

Good hotel....Great staff!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with hot water in our room due to a technical fault and were moved without fuss into another room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The location is great for Marienplatz and the station. All round good hotel for what you pay. Highlight definitely the staff, Miriam and the team made the stay very easy.

The only very slight let down is that there is no private bar area. There is a bar but it is basically sat in reception. I'd expect a separate bar in a 4 star hotel.

Very good..!!

The position it's very close to the center. Good breakfast. The hotel has been renovated recently. All the homeforniture is new.

The parking service is a little bit quite expensive. Practically there isn't really the door in the bathroom. If you are not a couple, I think that there is not enough privacy. There isn't the frigo inside of the bedroom.
