About this cottage rental
A beautiful, link-detached cottage, situated in the North Wales village of Deganwy, with beautiful views towards the Great Orme and three ground floor bedrooms accommodating up to six people.
Boathouse is a fabulous, link-detached cottage in the village of Deganwy, on the North Wales coastline near Conwy. The cottage has three bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a kitchen, plus a sitting room with a dining area, a spiral staircase to a mezzanine snug, and doors leading out to a decked roof terrace where you can sit with a drink in the sunshine and enjoy the sensational views over the garden towards the sea. There are open, mature gardens to the front and side, an enclosed courtyard to the back with furniture, and parking in a car port and on the paved drive. You can also find secure storage for your bikes and golf clubs. With so many walks nearby, and the beach just a 10-minute walk away, Boathouse is the perfect getaway for friends and families.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike and equipment storage. Open plan mature gardens to front and side, plus small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: Open tread staircase to first floor, young children to be supervised. Note: Care should be taken when using the internal and external spiral staircases. Please note check in is 4pm.

Lovely property. Perfect location to explore North Wales. Even the weather was great.

The boathouse is a quirky warm cosy upside down house ,galley/kitchen is well fitted out, the lounge furnishings are comfy and plenty for upto 6 people, bedrooms are of a good size and beds are comfy. Deganwy is quiet with a few small shops but supermarkets are only a short drive away. Llandudno and Conwy are a couple of miles away and easy to reach on foot or by car. It is in a great location for exploring North Wales. Hope to return soon!
