desayuno muy pobre, poca variedad de productos, como panes, agregados para el pan té de muy mala calidad, al igual que el café la habitación sin calefacción solo con un ventilador. En invierno no es agradable

The great reception we had from Kristell in the reception, who did the best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She also took care of the breakfast in the next morning anticipating it to allow us to leave early in the next morning. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and the access to taxis and transportation in and out of the city was fine.

The lack of the air conditioning in the rooms. We have been told that all of them were in maintenance. Anyway, they gave us a fan to mitigate the excessive heat in the room during the night. The hotel staff should inform in a correct way the address of the garage to avoid customers to drive to the hotel and come back another block to fing the entrance of the garage.

Quarto amplo e limpo.

Ausência de ar condicionado, fundamental na época que fui. Estacionamento a 1 quadra dependendo de funcionário terceirizado para abrir. Tivemos que esperar.

Excelente atención, me atendieron antes del horario para hacer el check in. Muy buena la limpieza. El desayuno muy rico pero faltó leche, pero lo demás excelente.

Detalles, el control remoto del televisor de la pieza solo controlaba el decodificador pero apagarla y regular el volumen había que hacerlo manual. Había un ventilador en la pieza ya que al parecer el aire acondicionado no funcionaba
