Boa estadia.

Ambiente do quarto agradavel, espaçoso e aconchegante, chuveiro quentinho. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente (ar condicionado, televisão, controle remoto, frigobar, abajur, telefone, etc) Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários que servem o café da manhã são bem preparados e agradáveis. Funcionária da tarde simpática e cortez.

Mal cheiro vindo do ralo do banheiro, isolamento acústico ruim (ouvi os hóspedes do quarto ao lado conversando e etc a noite toda). Quando cheguei ao quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, após abrir as janelas o cheiro se misturou com o que vinha de fora e do ralo do banheiro. Funcionários da recepção da noite são pouco cordiais, faltou simpatia para lidar com hóspedes. .

O hotel é excelente. O café da manhã é variado e de qualidade. O atendimento é pronto e impecável. As instalações do quarto são confortáveis e práticas. O quarto é limpo. Havia apenas uma mancha na colcha que cobre a cama.

Excelente experiencia

Um dos melhores hotéis de BH sem dúvida, o atendimento cordial dos funcionários, o café da manhã o quarto com os brindes e principalmente o fantástico chuveiro.

Estacionamento não está incluso no preço e ser pago a parte, além disso paguei e deixaram o carro no sol, o que para mim é uma péssima situação para um hotel com o padrão bacana desses.

Chegamos no Hotel 02:00, as atendentes estavam de mau humor, não passou as informações sobre a estadia, chegamos no quarto e não tinha sabonete, nem shampoo e condicionador e as funcionaras não repôs o papel higiênico quando acabou. Além disso, somente água no frigobar. Precisa melhorar nessas questões.

Gostei do atendimento, da acomodação principalmente do café da manhã achei superior a outros hotéis em que já me hospedei.

Como me hospedei no sábado a noite, estava rolando pagode no boteco abaixo e mesmo eu estando no 21:00h andar me incomodou bastante. Mas depois das 22:20h melhorou bastante a questão do ruído

Não voltarei.

O banheiro é bem equipado, limpo e o chuveiro é maravilhoso. O café também é muito completo, tem variedade de frutas e até doces. O hotel fica na esquina da Alberto Cintra, com diversas opções de restaurantes excelentes.

O hotel em si não é ruim, mas tem umas particularidades importantes de ressaltar que me fariam não optar por ele: - O isolamento sonoro é de péssima qualidade, ouvíamos tudo os outros hóspedes faziam durante toda a estadia, sem privacidade alguma. Não tem restaurante para serviço de quarto e lanches fora do café da manhã. No frigobar, eles oferecem 2 águas por dia como cortesia, não tem refri, cerveja, snacks e lanches. A tv não é smart e a qualidade da imagem da tv a cabo é péssima. O ar condicionado é integrado, não tem controle remoto. Também consideramos o quarto pequeno.

Avaria veículo dentro do estacionamento do hotel.

Localização muito boa.

O manobrista,danificou o carro da empresa,e ainda não tive respaldo dos responsáveis do hotel,nem por email,nem whatsapp! No dia do check out,fui surpreendido pelo Sr Gomes,do hotel,me dizendo que o manobrista havia,cometido um erro,e causou a avaria,que não foi pequena.... E a comunicação para a manutenção do carro,está difícil....

Super nice staff, we had an issue with another hotel in Belo Horizonte and had to book a 14-night stay again. They brought nothing helping us out. Great breakfast, nice rooms, perfect hotel for a business trip. Also to mention pretty nice restaurants nearby.

Nothing, it really met our expectations. Maybe the gym could be better. Some running machines did not work properly.

Disappointed with the lack of honesty in the staff

Breakfast was by far the only positive feedback I could provide. The range of options was satisfactory. Fruit bar, local typical breakfast buffet was also a highlight. the only downside would be the absence of a coffee machine that could serve those coffee enthusiasts. Kitchen staff very friendly. Hotel was close to a shopping centre and 25 min driving distance from the airport which were positive location wise, however, the proximity to a high speed road and the lack of commercial buildings created a feeling of insecurity and perilousness.

rooms were ok, but overall lacking adequate maintenance. taps were hanging off the pipes and fixtures were ill-fitted. walls dirt and had scuffs everywhere. walls were not soundproofed and you could here everything on the corridor or neighbouring rooms. I didn’t spent much time in the room during the day to be bothered by the noise coming from the vicinities and at it didn’t impact my sleep as I am a deep-sleeper, but it is warning for the lights-sleeping guests what mostly disappointed me was the lack of honesty from the housekeeping/governance staff. I accidentally left in the room an envelope with money and had I not have rung the hotel they would have never notified me of my loss. Upon ringing the facility, I was then told that governance had found the envelope and will keep in a safe until I had the opportunity to go back to the hotel for retrieval. obviously, I had that anticlimactic anxiety and was worried that the money would never be returned to me. two weeks after my checkout, I traveled back to the hotel city and called in to get my envelope. surprisingly they did have an envelope, but, sadly, at least half of money was missing. I decided not to engage in any discussion to dispute the issue because I had to go the airport, but it was pathetic to be handed my money back as if nothing had happened.

it’s super nice for business purpose since it’s quiet, clean and sufficiently offers all the necessary facilities. Nearby restaurants and stuff

sometimes i just woke up early in the morning from the sound of other rooms opening and slamming doors. Maybe there should be something to put at the door to reduce that.
