The staff was very helpful and nice, the view was great, the free shuttles and bikes were a good feature. I recommend!
Not all the bikes were in good condition (tires cracked, loose pedals, etc..)

I was perfect for my mom in a Wheel chair. She had a comfy place to relax and we were able to ride the bikes after check out. The staff were really friendly.
It was all good. We didn’t want to leave

I got a room with a balcony and a view. The view was excellent. The room was also well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel also provides free bicycles which you can use to cycle to Shuishe or surrounding tourist spots.
The hotel is a little remote, other than that, it was excellent. That said, its easy to get a taxi to get from Shuishe to the hotel and back and Shuishe can be reached by foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

the room; the location; the view; the quiet; the private taxi shuttle to the bus; the breakfast and the coffee
the staff was not as wonderful as the best we saw in all other places we stayed Taiwan - particularly the young host at breakfast who did not smile but looked positively miserable

a lovely, quiet place to stay when in Sun Moon Lake. the staff were helpful and the room was large and had a lovely view of the lake. it’s a short walk out of the center of town but walking by the water as we made our way back to the accommodation from dinner was a really nice way to end our evening. they allow you to hire bikes for free. there is a a wide variety of food for breakfast. highly recommend.

I love my hotel room balcony view that faces the bamboo garden and lake view, very quiet and serene, away from the bustling city living of Singapore.
The male hotel receptionist (cant remember his name) is super helpful, he help me book the MPV driver Mr Tai, and even get Mr Tai to pick us up from the Shu She Pier Starbuck to the hotel, pick up all our luggages before we travel to QingJIng farm, very thoughtful of them. That save us time to walk back to hotel. Kudos to their good working attitude !
Remember to book Mr Tai, the MPV driver, he is really friendly and helpful, reasonably price, nice car, very knowledgeable about the various tourist spots.
Everything is nice here !

Fabulous secluded hotel with old school charm and quiet location.
Slightly out of the town but can borrow bikes or get picked up for check in

Very nice and calm hotel surrounded by nature with amazing views. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It is at a walking distance from the shuishe visitor center area with restaurants and shops, but they also arrange free taxi transfers when you come and leave the hotel. The breakfast was good with a variety of chinese food. The room was spotless. They best thing for us was that they let you borrow their bicycles for free for as long as you wish and the beautiful bike path is right next to the hotel.

Great quiet location with nice view. Close to small village, and free bikes.
At first we did not get the room we had reserved, but after mentioning it, this was quickly resolved.

Location and view were good.
Breakfast tasted cheap and wifi in our room was not working. The bathroom ventilator didn't seem to work.
