The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants of this charming town, but it is far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The room is simple but clean and spacious, and the staff person was very friendly and helpful.
On this website, it suggests there is parking available. This is misleading and it may be the fault of booking.com rather than the hotel. In any event, the hotel has no parking. You need to find parking on the street, and that is a challenge. There is not a clear view from the window due to trees in the way. For the cost, it would be nice to have some amenities such as room slippers. Also, I requested an iron to iron some clothes, but apparently they do not have one on the premises. There is no tv, which is odd for a place with this price. The breakfast begins a bit late (9 am ) and was a bit unprepared -- the guy went to buy ingredients after I sat down to eat, and the options were a little limited.

location
noise fro the bar across the road, not being informed that the water was cut off and being left with no running water for two days, owner was not dis-interested when called.
being sent to another hotel to shower, only to find that no arrangements had been made.

Stunning little hotel in Kalkan.
Fabulous location right in the old part of town.
Rooms are a delight and staff were very helpful.
Paige the Manager went out of her way to accommodate our requests.
Don't hesitate to book here.
Nothing.

Perfect location. friendly staff. nice house, nice room. excellent breakfast.
the only negative point is the noise of the bars around you can hear till the beginning of the night.

Excellent breakfast. Fantastic and very helpful staff. Great location
Soap in the bathroom was not replaced during the stay. Coffee seemed overpriced given it was Nespresso rather than genuine espresso.

perfect location! in the heart of the town but slightly out enough to not hear all the bars etc
the staff also super lovely and where there to support with any needs/asks/wants about our stay in Kalkan
rooms slightly small so hard to move with cases in the room etc but we did expect this!

Was quite noisy at night from people passing by after bars close and a rooster letting lose at 3am but nothing the hotel can control.

large comfortable bed , Turkish beds have been quite hard in other hotels but this one was just right. Great location a stones throw from all of the bars and restaurants . lovely en-suite bathroom .
due to its fantastic location it was very noisy at night, we had a sea view room but the noise was constant through into the small hours… breakfast . maybe a room at the back would have been quieter so take earplugs . Breakfast was average, typical Turkish , no choice and didn’t cater for gluten free although he did say that if I had been staying longer he would have tried to find some gf bread.

We had such a brilliant stay at the The Old Town Hotel. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is incredible. The hotel is beautiful and arguably one of the best locations in Kalkan! We would recommend to anyone and would definitely advise staying in the Old Town. It’s a perfect location for bars, restaurants and beach clubs, so we didn’t miss having a pool. We can’t wait to see you all again when we visit in August.
The curtains were a little bit thin and let in light. Would have been good to have the towels changed more during our stay as there was nowhere to dry them.

Hotel is in the hearth of Kalkan, hotel's style is so pretty, personnel so kind, walking distance to beach and restaurants, room had a great view

Neighbor's cat.
Poor breakfast. Light kitchen smell inside.
NO everyday towels, NO fresh bed linen, NO everyday water. None of this during our entire stay.
But these are small things compared to the bar opposite. Every day, the same playlist at maximum volume until 1 am (allowed until 0:00, but this is little consolation). When a band was playing on the street, the owner of the bar just turned it up. We were forced to leave the hotel for a "walk".
It's good stay if u looking for thru the day old rock-n-roll party to the death, not for peaceful rest, not for children, not for anyone else.

I loved our stay in Old Town Hotel so much in the heart of Old Town Kalkan. This is a small boutique hotel with 5 rooms. Despite the location of the hotel in Oldtown, there is no problem with parking. Our room was not so big, but we were ready for this and weren’t disappointed with this fact. The manager Amanda and the owner Sahra were very friendly and thoughtful. All our issues were resolved. We discussed with Amanda our trip and she gave us some tips for a better experience. The breakfast was awesome. I am a coffee lover and they made me coffee as I like. We like turkish breakfast and the breakfast which the hotel served was a perfect start of the day. It was really good. There was a variety of Turkish cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, butter, honey, jam, Turkish bakeries, tea, and fruits. There was a very good feeling during all our stay and even after.
Mosquitoes in the room

Have you ever had that feeling, when you return home from a long journey? We've had exactly that during our stay in Old Town Hotel, Kalkan from the time we entered the premises and met the most kind and niciest person in the world - hotel manager Amanda. Want to share my sincere gratefulness that such places and such people still exists in this cruel world. We have been traveling along southern coastline from Antalya to Marmaris and this hotel was one of the nicest places we've stayed along the way. Very small 5 rooms only, like a guest house but fully equipped very nice designed room, we had a room on the second floor with amazing and picturesque balcony. Standard Turkish breakfast was also served with home touch and care. I highly recommend that hotel if you want to get away from everything. 3-5 min walk to the beach.
Crazy loud music until 0:30 in the night from nearby Botanic Garden cafe... Probably somebody had a party this night as in general town is very calm and relaxing. This is obviously not a disadvantage to the hotel. Just to mention at least one cons I can imagine ;)

Cosy stay in the city center of Kalkan. Great hosts, welcoming and they gave perfectly clear instructions about the stay. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable.
Airconditioning was noisy but when we told next morning they fixed it immediately.

What a delight to stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Sarah and Amanda went out of there way to accommodate me with all my requests and requirements. The homemade breakfast was a great start of the day. Good coffee and ‘fresh’ orange juice were a bonus. Will def be back soon.
