Perfeito

O quarto tinha tudo e até pequenas coisas como adaptadores e detalhes como fitas, agulhas p costura....

Talvez uma cortina mais escura no quarto cairia bem. Um aviso melhor na porta para identificar o local. As casas são todas iguais e tive uma certa dificuldade para encontrar a casa.

Estupendo

Poder hacer el check in a través de un código es lo mejor que han inventado, nosotros llegamos tarde y la verdad que no tuvimos problema alguno. La casa super bonita, los baños limpios y la habitación bastante grande y cómoda. Además de la tranquilidad del barrio.

Nada que decir, para lo que pagas está más que bien

Clean and comfortable

The host had great communication and was very clear on the check-in process and what was expected of guests. They also helped with giving me directions from King's Cross. The apartment was in a nice area, and myself and daughter felt safe, even walking back late at night. The room was clean, there was a double bed and a single camp bed. Both beds were comfortable, and we slept fine. There was also a tv in the room, a fan, and clothing rail and storage tubs. The 2 bathrooms were both clean, and it was not an issue for us being shared with the other guests. We did not use the kitchen, so i can not comment on this. The apartment is a short walk to Turnham Green station, and there is a bus stop on the doorstep. Overall, this was great value for money and a nice place to rest your head after a day out visiting London or going to Wembley for a concert, etc

Upon entering the apartment, be aware that the stairs up to the rooms are very steep. This is not a huge issue but something to consider if you are perhaps not very mobile.

A practical stay that included everything we needed for our whole family to stay overnight!

Purposeful for a good nights sleep with family! Had everything that we needed (and some add extras, e.g. tea bags). Layla very responsive and helpful when needed. Would use again for an overnight stay.

Bona relació preu-qualitat

L'habitació prou espaiosa. La cuina, que és disponible, amb tot el necessari. Els banys ben nets. Proximitat amb estació de metro.

Es triga uns 45 minuts per arribar al centre. A vegades la calefacció produeix soroll, en el nostre cas una nit va començar a les 5 de la matinada i no va parar fins que ens vam llevar.

Great vaue for money

Quiet area and great value for money. Nice rooms. Requested separate duvets, which was possible. Liked access to the kitchen and fridge. Tesco superstore at 15 min walking. Next time I'll be back.

The shower head was rather low for a Dutch person, so may be good to keep that in mind.

Incredible good value for money, nice amenities, decent sized rooms.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fans in the room and TVs that connected to YouTube/Netflix etc

The steps are really steep but that can’t be helped

Disappointing

The location is brilliant. The local Heisenburg coffee place is the bomb. As is the Tabard for food. Best fish and chips EVER. The place isn't expensive for the location. Layla was good at communicating pre-stay.

It was nice that we were provided with an extra bed in the room, but it did mean there really wasn't much space at all for luggage. The beds were both really old, lumpy & noisy. There was a non functioning lamp in the room & a pointless low table that did nothing but take up limited space. The carpet wasn't clean in the room & all the signs stuck on the walls everywhere with rules and instructions were kinda dizzying. It just wasn't nice being cramped and uncomfortable after having travelled for over 24 hours. Room 3 could do with some love is all.

Didn’t stay long as we was there for a rugby match but was ideal for what we wanted

Expected for the price

Location was good.

It was not very clean. I had food crump's on my bedsheet and found bugs as well. I think it was cockroaches. I guess this is what you get for choosing cheaper places

Not happy

There were 2 washrooms which was clean.

Our room number 2 was quite cold we called the host as well she told us that heater is on timer. We checked in at 12am room was too cold and we were freezing I called the host she told me to put one hours heater on at 14:00 then later it automatically turned on at 17:30 only. Room door was making irritating noise, one of the table was shaking was about to break, lamps were shaking, TV wasn’t working, beds were not comfortable at all. Kitchen was quite however some of the utensils were dirty and oven was stinky and dirty too looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months.

Nice stay in London

The price/standard ratio was very good. It was very clean and warm appartment. Although it has shared bathroom, it wasn't a problem, because there are 2 bathroom for 4 rooms.

The only minor inconvenience was the squeaky bed.

Overall, it was ok, honestly comfortable sleep in a quiet place.

It was clean, beds were very comfortable with super soft and clean blankets. A couple of soft towels were provided for each guest. I also liked the location, it was cute and quiet very English style barrio different to the center. They had hair dryer, iron which is very useful while traveling.

Upon arrival the electricity to whole apartment was turned off and we didn’t find any indications. We took quite some time to figure it out. And I hadn’t got any response from the host for around 2 weeks now still. Also, shared bathroom for all the rooms was quite inconvenient, we knew about it though, it just once again reminded us that this way you can’t quite plan your preparation for the day.
