It's a nice place with potencial but I would not recommend it.

The flat was small but clean, bed confrotable, decor ok. Location was nice.

There was no WiFi working. We reported that to the host but nothing was done about it. The contact with the owner was also difficult. There was nig group of teens (like 15-20 kids) gathering outside, next to the door every evening from 8PM to 11PM (week days). Maybe on weekends they are staing even longer. No plates, no cutlery, no kitchen. Just a small fridge and 3 cups. There is also nothing on the terrace. No chairs, no table, nothing! Why you even include it in the description.... The place has a potential but

Supposed to be a luxury night away but it was disappointing with lack of attention to detail.

The bed is comfortable & hot tub nice once it got working.

The property lacked attention to detail - the heating heated upstairs but not down (making the bed boiling but downstairs very cold), the towels had not dried properly when we arrived and were still damp, the shower didn’t work properly (only one setting functioned), no hot water came from the tap in the bathroom, there is no where to hang towels in the bathroom, prosecco in the fridge but no water.. It seemed as if there was a kitchen but there is only a coffee machine and sink. We expected to have dinner in the apartment but it was not possible as there were no plates etc. The street is very noisy and you can hear all voices and sounds from outside. Finally, the hot tub was lovely but it was very difficult to use and at the start only cold water came out of any of the jets making the whole thing cold, then after 15 mins probably, only boiling water!

Good

The host was extremely friendly and we got a free breakfast which was really nice. Because of the lowseason it was very quiet in the area. But in the weekend the young people were until late in our street. The room is very cosy and the bathroom very stylish and a great shower! A pizzeria nearby for dinner which the host showed us. The beach of Pulsano is very beautiful, as the host told us as well.

The bed was soft, that’s a personal opinion. Some people might like that...
